I had a great experience with JSP. They were referred by my insurance adjuster. The dispatcher was friendly. The plumber, Matt, was great! He was friendly, professional, and got the job done very quickly. I will be calling them for my future plumbing needs.

This company fixed an earlier main leak under my driveway. I saw water on side of driveway so thought this might be same problem. When they came to look at leak they found a broken irrigation connection. After fixing this $ 2.00 part they determined I had a leak in the hose under the driveway. They do not carry the parts to fix this so had to come back at another time. They charged me $ 170 for the first call and another $ 320 when they came back to fix the leak under the driveway. At this point they should have made sure all irrigation working. Did not! Found out my back yard irrigation not going off so called them back. Guys came out and determined it was from a cut wire. Could not fox because again they did not have correct parts! Came back next day and charged another $ 175. I would stay clear of these guys. They will keep layering the bills on you!

We had a slab leak in our home and was totally lost in what to do. we were directed to JSP and within a day they were at our home, diagnosed our problem and gave us the most professional service on this earth. John and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient in what they do. They are now in my speed dial list forever. Too many good things to say about JSP.

Our sink backed up and our home warranty company sent out a plumber to fix it. When snaking the line the plumber said that our pipe had broken under the slab and quoted a price between $ 2100-​$ 3100 to fix it. We decided to get a second opinion and John came out to take a look. Before he could take a look at the problem with a camera, he quoted a price to fix it at half what the first plumber said. On the day he was going to fix the problem he took a look at the pipe with a camera and found no breaks in the pipe. He even had another company come out who used a different camera to verify his findings.
John saved me a lot of money and headache. Thank you!
