JT Custom Painting

Jeremy and his guys did an outstanding job! I got two other bids from other providers but their prices were ridiculous and completely out of my range. JT’s written bid included everything they would be doing, from prep work to what paint they would be using, exact work etc. They did a lot of prep work and were very thorough.
They were prompt and came every day until they were finished. I had the entire inside of my house painted, baseboards, walls, doors, ceilings, back patio, etc.
They were so good, I recommended them to my sister to paint her house. I definitely will be using JT Custom painting again when I do the outside of my house or anytime I need some painting done.
Work ethic, team, price, quality of work. I received the best from this company. Highly recommended for paint work, inside or out.

I received an email from Jeremy within just a day or so of this post. I honestly felt like the apology was sincere and genuine. He completely owned up to everything, didn’t try to make excuses, and just expressed his disappointment in himself for what had happened. I wanted to make a note that I have absolutely forgiven him. While I may not choose him in the future, it says a lot about someone who has the integrity to own up to their mistakes and try to make things right. The only reason I’m not removing the previous review completely and giving him 5 stars is because it took a Unilocal review for him to reach out to me to make things right.

We recently used JT Custom Painting to repair the outside of our home to meet home inspections needs. The painter Jeremy sent did an excellent job. Every crack in the stucco exterior was filled and painted. The painter was thorough and the job was completed with much attention to detail. Jeremy was responsive and great to work with. He met our request and sent someone out for an estimate on the same day that we spoke with him. We strongly recommend JT Custom Painting for any paint needs.

Jeramy and his crew were superb. They painted all our exterior September 2013. They arrived on time and completed the work as promised. His crew was professional and cleaned up so well, you would not know they had been there. Jeremy advised us to use a higher quality paint and I am glad he did. It looks fantastic. I highly recommend JT Custom painting for exterior and interior work. He painted our interior several years ago and it still looks great.

JT did a GREAT job on our house, start to finish. His price was competitive, he knew the neighborhood and our persnickety Augusta Ranch HOA, making our color selection go quickly and smoothly. He started on time, finished in just a few days (doing our whole exterior) and stayed in communication through the whole process. I started working for JT custom painting when the company was in California. I knew a little bit about painting but nowhere close to how much JT knew.
