Ken’s Karpet Kleening

I was referred to Ken by a friend, and boy am I glad I called! He uses a two step process, first cleaning with a scrubber then with suction.
A couple of months ago I spilled chocolate smoothie across most of my carpet upstairs. Ken came and cleaned everything beautifully but a few days later, the stains from the smoothie started reappearing. I know I didn’t clean it up well enough when it spilled and residue must be slowly coming up. I gave him a call and he came out and re-​cleaned it and was down on his hands and knees scrubbing it with some special encapsulating chemicals to prevent it from happening again. And the best part, he didn’t even charge me for coming back out! Not to mention that his prices are more than reasonable. I paid him less the first time when he came out than I’ve paid any other carpet cleaner and that includes using a group on Unilocal coupon. He found a customer for life with me.
