Searching for toys for my grandkids birthdays, I swung into this Kmart on my way across the street to the Toys R Us. I was unimpressed. The store is oddly laid out and the toys are not priced competitively. I did find a blouse for myself while I was browsing, but ended up not buying it because there were only two cashiers and a line of about 10 customers in each lane. Other customers were also walking away leaving full carts due to the lack of cashiers. Shame on Kmart for such poor staffing.

This place was disgusting. They look like they’re about to close down and everything’s on clearance. The floors are all patchy and stained. I definitely don’t feel like they ever clean the place. The manager def needs to check on their employees cause someone is slacking in that store. Def not coming back.

Filthy! From garbage in the parking lot to the entrance and excite, this store could benefit from a deep cleaning. First and foremost if your store isn’t clean it will deter customers. During this holiday season this was my second trip to this location. It is hit or miss. Toys selection was quite poor but sometimes they have really great deals and sales. Certainly won’t go out of my way to shop here again as it is quite a distance from my house.

You know what? You need to up your Kmart game, playa. We came by here to look at their selection of patio furniture, and it wasn’t anything special(but we still ended up buying 4 chairs, 2 tables, and a fire pit). Something about this place just charmed the hell out of me, and I think that Kmart could really do well if it took an aggressive ad campaign playing up how nice it is to be away from ‘the competition’. It’s like Kmart just gave up on trying to be a megastore, and focused instead on giving it’s customers a better experience in the store. Items are displayed nicely, the store is clean, the carts push straight, the cashiers are friendly. There aren’t a ton of children running around screaming… in fact, there’s hardly ANYONE in there at all. I surprised me how quiet it was, and I guess that was one of the things that I loved about it. Their prices are quite reasonable, and their selection of goods is just fine. What really struck me was how clean and quiet the store was. Also, their selection of men’s clothes was actually quite good. The best way that I can describe it is: «Who knew!!!»

I really wonder how Kmart is still in business. This store is such a dump. The sales people are unfriendly, the greeter was sitting on his butt with his leg on a chair. Not sure if her leg was hurt or what, but it was still not appropriate. The store looked like it was going out of business, yet it’s not. The company needs a drastic turnaround or they will be losing the company altogether. I will not be returning to this location. The customers are trash as well.

It’s K Mart, not bad just nothing special. Nothing really sets K Mart apart from any of the other conglomerates. Gotta shop here from time to time for MH exclusives so you’ll see me busting out my Maverick patch & showing it off with pride

This place reminds me of a dollar store. The reason I had to stop in was because they carried a toy that my son wanted. Otherwise, I don’t think I would have stopped in. Prices aren’t all that great either.

I try over and over to like Kmart, but it’s just not there :( I do like the sales and the merchandise that is headed out and reduced a lot! When I do go to Kmart I always walk out with something, but I don’t go there for the purpose of buying anything. Today we went looking at Back Packs, found one and waited 15 minutes in line to check out. I stood there thinking is this really worth me saving $ 6.00? Since my daughter loved the back pack we stayed in line, but really? They had 2 registers open, the one I wasn’t in had an individual on a shopping spree, so that lane was definitely out! My lane was just dog slow! I was the 3rd person in line, but each item seemed to take forever to go through. I stood there staring at the customer service area where a cashier stood just looking around bored to death! I don’t think they do a good job of customer service and getting you in and out effectively. The store needs a complete over haul and clean up. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of though.
