We had absolutely no problems with Landscaping Arizona. They did exactly what we agreed on and in a timely manner. I would recommend them for future work.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.!! I would give negative stars if possible. We met with Marc at the end of July for landscaping on a brand new house we bought in San Tan Valley. He seemed great. Told me everything i wanted to hear. Reassured me he would be our main contact through this whole process. We were excited to start and gave deposit. Well that soon faded after the 6 rescheduled dates and 3 no shows with out calling us or texting us at all! Marc stopped all contact with us after the first no show and we now were dealing Jennifer James. She ended up canceling our contract at the end of sept and said she would mail us a refund check. We got the check post dated a month. I called her she said she was sorry it was a mistake and how weird would send another out that day. Called me back to tell me the time she mailed it. Well I never received this other check and Jennifer or Marc no longer would talk to us. I tried to let her know I hadn’t received it. I tried contacting her three times before I stopped trying. Went to the bank today to cash this refund check she post dated for a month and it’s not able to be cash. Bank won’t tell me why since it’s not my account. I have filled a complaint with the Azroc and am talking to lawyers to see about getting my money they owe me. This is my first negative review ever. I don’t like to get bad reviews but in this case due to my personal experience I think people should just know what we are going through. Due to our experience I would NOT recommend them EVER!
