Lighthouse Flower Shop

January 2016 — I see all these good reviews and wish I could give them a good review too. I have never gone online to give a bad review but feel that I have to be honest because I don’t want another bride to go through what my daughter went through. We got my daughters wedding flowers from Lighthouse Flower Shop. My daughter had ordered a bridal bouquet that was mostly babies breath with some peachy pink garden roses. She needed one for the bridal photos as well as one for the wedding. We picked up the bouquet for the bridal photos and the flowers provided to us were not perky at all in fact they were bent over. The garden roses looked very sad and they had not listened to my daughter’s wishes at all and had very little babies breath in the bouquet. In addition the garden roses were definitely pink and not peachy pink like the picture she had been shown. The lady was very rude and difficult to work with but did provided us with a bouquet that had more babies breath and removed some of the roses that were wilting. She assured us that things would be different for the wedding. For the wedding we picked up the flowers and the bridal bouquet roses were in very bad condition and had brown spots all over them because they were wilting. We ended up at the church grabbing the bridesmaids flowers and making a new arrangement with the best of all the bridesmaids flowers (which meant there were no flowers for the bridesmaids). We called Lighthouse while at the church and were told that if my daughter had a problem with the flowers she could call herself. My daughter was a little bit busy getting married. It would have been nice to have flowers for pictures but unfortunately that did not happen. I would not recommend Lighthouse Flowers. The lady we worked with did not listen well nor did she fix the problems when brought to her attention. In addition she was rude. We picked up flowers at the local Safeway store for the reception area and they were 1) the right color and 2) really healthy and vibrant which made my daughters bridal bouquet provided by Lighthouse Flowers look even worse. However, my daughter had a beautiful wedding in spite of the poor service and quality of flowers provided by Lighthouse Flower Shop.

Easy to order and the flowers looked amazing! The place I sent the flowers to was in a corporate building with a suite number and they had no issue finding it and delivered right on time. Definitely recommend.

Lighthouse flowers is AMAZING to say the least! After searching for a florist for my wedding and getting ridiculous quotes from traditional wedding florist (like $ 80 for a babys breath bridesmaid bouquet) I stumbled upon a comment mentioning lighthouse flowers. I went in right away and talked to them about my thoughts and was given a quote that was ¼ the cost of all other places! I was able to have them do my flowers for the same price it was going to cost to do my own and the results were amazing!!! All through our wedding everyone couldnt stop talking about my bouquet and my now husband and I couldnt stop talking about the flowers! Thank you lighthouse flowers for doing such an amazing job!

i needed to get flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday and found lighthouse on Unilocal… whoever took my order was very very sweet and helpful, making some good suggestions… they even texted me a picture of the final arrangement… was delivered to my mom quickly and she was THRILLED with them — gushing over how gorgeous they are! am putting this company in my contacts for future use when i need to wow my mom! thank you lighthouse flowers :)

This is a REAL flower shop!!! This is so refreshing. I come from Southern California and their are REAL flower shop and this is one of they. Extremely friend staff VERY fair pricing for the quality that you are receiving. These are NO. Albertson’s flowers… I will NEVER buy flowers anywhere else. TOP NOTCH… CLASSY ESTABLISHMENT.

Fantastic little shop! I highly recommend them! I tell everyone I can about them. They did our wedding flowers and I could not of asked for a better flower shop. They were very good to my husband and I giving us their full attention and all the time we needed. They were very kind and understanding. They helped us pick our flowers and created just what I dreamed my flowers would be like on our special day. This is the only flower shop we do business with now. Love, love, love them!!! I wish I could give way more than 5 stars.

Amazing, wonderful florist. Made the most beautiful wedding bouquet I have ever seen. Easy to order, no hassles and seriously beautiful quality work. The prices are extremely reasonable and if you decide to change your order they do it no problems. I’m so impressed and will use them again and again!!!

I cant say enough about this florist! I called last minute for a Thanksgiving arrangement, and they were literally walking out the door for their deliveries. They took my order and my Mom loved them, she said they were the prettiest flowers she had ever gotten delivered. This is a Mom who will take a delivery back if she doesn’t like them, or they aren’t what I paid for. She wasn’t taking these back, and since then I have ordered three more arrangements for my Mom. She has loved every one of them and I am SO glad to have a florist I can rely on to make my Mom feel special. Thank you!

What an AWESOME florist!!! I called them up on an emergency situation. My daughter called me needing a boutonnière for her prom date. I called these ladies up and they gave me a price, made the boutonnière within half an hour, and for $ 9. The other florists I called… what a hassle. These ladies, by far, are the nicest florists in the area. I didn’t even know what it was I needed. Just told them the colors in my daughters’ prom date’s clothes and the flowers in her corsage and they made a BEAUTIFUL boutonnière. They didn’t charge me extra for late notice. They didn’t make it an issue that I called past a deadline. They know how to make a customer feel great. They will be my first stop for any of my floral needs in the future.

By far the best customer service I have received! I’ve called many different places inquiring about a casket spray and they were so nice and very helpful! Plus they had really good prices and the lady who helped me didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They were also super nice about me adding extra floral arrangements to go with the casket spray order. I’ll be using this place the next time I need to place a big order on floral arrangements!

I was in a tight for my Vow Renewal. My Wedding Planner never order my flowers and it was two weeks before my event and not to mention Valentines was the same week. I never heard of Lighthouse until I started calling around. A friend recommended them to me. They were truly sent from God, not only were they within my budget I was able to have them do my photos too. God Bless each and everyone of you.

Recommended to me by a friend, I used them for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and they were great. I was on a pretty tight budget and their prices were less than half of what other places quoted me. They aren’t a fancy, flashy place but they had a good portfolio and my flowers turned out beautifully, exactly as we had discussed. I didn’t have anything really elaborate, but they were perfect for my simple concept. They were also very friendly and flexible, able to add a few things with no fuss. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks — it just goes to show you don’t need to shell out ridiculous amounts of money to get good quality.

So far, they have been very easy to work with and the price is right! I don’t feel any pressure to make our wedding or floral arrangements any «bigger» or «better» than I had originally intended. The showroom is small and not very fancy, which I sure helps them keep the costs down. I know several people that have used Lighthouse Flower Shop and have been very happy with the results. I have booked Lighthouse for my November wedding and I have confidence that they will do a great job!
