Lucky Nails and Spa

I’ve only had my nails «done» at home or at a resort spa, so I expected a lot from Lucky Nails. Kimmie and Henry were so friendly and knowledgable. Though I’m a guy, they really made the experience comfortable. Their other customers knew them well and spoke highly of them. They were right — they’re good! My nails are healthy and clean. Their shop is clean and the staff is respectful. They offer a great deal. Also, I understand that Kimmie is well known on the west coast as an expert in permanent make-​up tattooing. That’s not my cup of tea but if you’re into it, she’s your person.

Friendly staff, great customer service, and great prices! I got a French manicure, white tips and really liked how my nails came out. A great place to relax and enjoy myself. Clean shop and nice people.

I love this place! I’ve been needing a day to myself and wanted to get my nails done. I live really close by and decided to try this place out. They took me with no appointment and finished my full set and pedicure in an hour and a half. The work was excellent quality as well! Tony did an amazing job– my nails look great! I will definitely be returning! You can count me in as a new regular

I got a pedicure Mai did a awesome job and Henry and Kimmie are absolutely awesome I will definitely be returning again to get another pedicure when I need one again. This place is a very nice place

Idk idont really do reviews but i just gotta say that towards customer service wise the lady and guy that work there they are nice but ididnt like the fact that iask for my nails to be thin and the guy told the lady that assisted me that thicker nails are better! And isaid not that thick because my personal taste i dislike them on me ! And when she put the powder on she did them all thick and when she was done they were bumpy, then she put the polish on and on two nails missed a spot on the bottom corner, im not a mean person and not gonna tell her i dislike them but im not gonna come to this place anymore ithink they need a bit more training !

Not the worst experience but for sure the worst quality. I had a gift certificate so I came in for a gel manicure. The staff was very nice and friendly but when I look at my fingers I can’t help to only think «thank goodness I didn’t spend any money on this.»
The gels don’t feel as thick as when I usually get gels but we will see. I also have never gotten designs but this time I thought I’ll go for it. Well as I looked at samples I found a few designs I liked but they all looked sloppy. I thought it was just because they were painting on plastic not a nail so maybe it changed the quality? Idk. But it didn’t. I had to request the design for be removed because it was so sloppy.
Aside from the quality of service their shop was also filthy. I watched them «wash» the foot spa and it was wiping with water, a sponge (repeatedly used) and NO SOAP. Maybe it’s just me, but GROSS. After seeing that I couldn’t help but let my eyes wander around and well, I soon regretted that. The whole place needs a serious makeover– it just feels «grimy.»
