We loved it when we first moved in. Until the cockroaches came and the office only sent the big guy once. Then they got bought out. The worst mistake. The office manager is incredibly rude. They «supposedly» sent us a certified letter stating a non renewal, but we didn’t get anything nor did we sign for amything. They then proceeded to tell us we had r8 hours to get out or they start the eviction process. I have a 2 year old but I was just told me it wasn’t their problem.
Don’t move here. They seem nice at first but once your in, your beneath them and they act like they are better than you. Very unprofessional.

Apartment complex is nice overall, except for the stray cats are almost everywhere. Leasing office tells residents not to feed but people still feed them, and they tend to piss everywhere and sit on your vehicle.
The maintenance staff is pretty good and have no complaints there.
The «state of the art» fitness center constantly has equipment broken down, they fix it temporarily but is broken again, and it only has one treadmill that has been broken down for nearly two months now, and that’s the only treadmill the fitness center has, they said they are going to have someone fix it. How i see it, they should be able to afford a brand new one with the money this place makes.
Don’t park over the white line in your parking spot either, I was towed one work day because I accidentally parked over the white line, they have an independent tow company prowling the parking lot usually once a week,
Don’t get me wrong I like living here. I just think they can improve their community if that’s what they advertise on the Internet. They can easily get 5 stars if they improve somethings.

Apartments are very nice. Just office staff is extremely rude. If you are married or in a relationship I recommend you stay far away from these apartments the office girl Julie will try and probably sleep with your man.

We had a lot of ant problems for the first year that we were there (second floor). It was nonstop. They would send out a bug guy every-​time we complained. The areas are generally clean, parking isn’t too bad. You only get 1 spot with your apartment but often there are non covered ones open too.
We didn’t get all of our deposit back even thought the place was spotless, but we did get some back. Seriously what can you expect with apartments these days.
The handyman they have there is kinda creepy at first but if you talk to him a few times he’s pretty chill. He’s like a bro.
Very quite, not a lot of parties which is a plus for us.
