I have been a member at Massage Envy for at least 8 years. I don’t know what is going on at this location but my last 4 visits over the past 2 months have not been quality visits. Not sure if it is the location management, corporate or what but there needs to be a change. A couple staff members are really good but there’s been some sort of shift at this location.

This store does not seem to be concerned about repeat business. After being pressured to commit to a 3 month membership after stating repeatedly that I would have a hard time using it in 3 months, scheduling the 3rd visit was late and no courtesy was given. Just sorry your out of luck, basically.
An independent massage business would surely allow some leeway if you missed your deadline for the 3 month agreement. It’s just good business. When I stated that I would likely not return to their store, she didn’t care a bit.
Meeting a massage deadline should not stress you out!

I visited this location on a recent trip to Mesa and I must say the front desk team is no where as helpful or courteous as the one on Lynnwood WA. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, I wasn’t offered a neckwear and was barely guided tithe tranquility area, wasn’t even offered water. The massage person however was wonderful.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’ve just had an all around bad experience. It appears the masseuse are rushed from appointment to appointment, because even when I showed up 15 minutes early I still never got a full appointment. (2 occasions ended 10 minutes earlier)
My biggest issue was how they handled billing. I would combine my months and go every 3 or so months sometimes more. I recently changed my card so they weren’t charging me. They waited 3 months and we’re very rude to my wife when they called. They wanted me to pay all 3 months at once to get it back. When I asked if I could just use the months that I PAID for they very rudely told me it doesn’t work that way.

I have been a loyal member of massage envy for several years. No complaints about the facility or their therapists as they are all great. I am however disappointed with the assistant manager Jordan who after beating around the bush finally just said she was choosing not to help make a simple transfer of points to another facility. I have 3 hours of massage credits on my account that were paid for and due to massage envy never being able to accommodate me with a therapist, I wanted to transfer them to my sister and brother in law so that they could enjoy a couples massage at another location. I have had that done before with no problem in May so what’s the big deal? I’m considering canceling my membership. Why should I pay in advance for something I can’t ever enjoy? Massage Envy is supposed to relax you… NOT STRESS YOU OUT.

I have been seeing Scott for my massages the past couple of months and want to shout about him from the roof tops! Today I went in for a 90 minute hot stone massage. Previously, Scott did a 60 minute relaxing massage and sugar foot scrub. I look forward to my monthly massage and am so glad that I found Scott. He is an amazing therapist and takes his time to listen to my needs. Thank you Scott!

Went in today for a 90 minute with Ben. First time I have been in this location for a out six months. Went today because my girlfriend told
Me about Ben. Ben was INCREDIBLE! I told him I was a Runner and he catered a massage to fit in with my personal needs as an avid runner. He was professional and really did an amazing deep tissue sports massage focusing on my legs and glutes. The massage was worth every penny and more. I hope that massage envy owner and management realizes what they have in this talented guy and does what they have to, to KEEP HIM HAPPY, so he doesn’t leave, and I say that because Every time I get a great therapist here, they always end up leaving after a short while.

Extremely unprofessional staff at the front desk! They were talking about a customer (First AND last name) whose credit card had declined for the past 3 months that they tried to run it. The two women at the desk were talking quite loudly and speaking poorly about the man whose card had been declining. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ll never visit this location again.

I have NEVER had a scheduling problem with Massage Envy. My first time, I called and they suggested dates and times around the information I provided. I have never had a problem getting the time or date that I want. I always book in advance just to be sure my girl is available.
I have been going there for months and even purchased a membership to ease the costs a little. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone at this location. I was referred by a good friend of mine who is also a regular customer. I get the best massages and look forward to my next appointment. Give this place a try.

Was given a Massage Envy gift card for Mother’s Day, and got an additional ad on with it. One hour massage AND a sugar foot scrub! So relaxed! Tricia was amazing. Perfect pressure and she really listened to what I needed! Will definitely be back!

Got a gift certificate for a massage. Therapist was late picking me up no biggie except 60 minutes in Massage Envy world is more like 50 minutes our time. Massage wasn’t bad, I’ve had better She was talking during my massage always a bummer. I think my next gift certificate should be to a resort spa seens how I’m kinda picky. So all in all it was a typical cheap massage session. ugh.
