This place is horrible! Every time we have gone here the line is always backed up. If your in a hurry. DONOTGO here! They are so slow and if you do get lucky enough to get your food. Check it! We have had wrong order twice. Tried talking to manager and she just was not understanding us. She couldn’t understand we just wanted a refund. So… They need to work on people skills as well as speed.

Although I don’t eat McDonalds anywhere near as much as I used to, we find ourselves stopping in either for a quick breakfast or stop in so our kids can play in the playgrounds and we can take a break. I’ve never had a problem with quality at this location, if anything they have slow drive through and serving times. I’m not sure if I’m especially sensitive to that or if others are too. I used to work at McDonalds in my teens and happened and used to have the rule of 60 seconds or less for drive through times. Unfortunately it’s somewhat rare that. I’m going to give a three star and then update my review if I think that was too sore.

I just wanted to say, I have been to this McDonalds more than enough times, and usually the service and food is less than to be expected from a McDonalds, sadly. This time, the evening crew that were working, were amazing! The Shift leader or Manager was able to help the new girl, who was working the front counter, bag food, and help the drive-thru, without missing a beat. She was amazing! Even the Drive-thru woman helped the front, while making drinks, getting her own orders, etc. They must have had the Flash making the food, because they grill crew was able to keep up with the long line of people without any issues. Amazing! I don’t usually praise fast food restaurants, unless I am blown away! Especially coming from a fast food working history. This crew had it together! Great job guys!

If I could rate this location negative stars I would. Unfortunately this location is very close to our home. With 4 children we frequented this location often. However, after numerous bad experiences we have decided to go elsewhere. The most current(and last straw) was when we ordered our food at the speaker. The person taking our order was talking to a number of people at the same time. We had to repeat our order 3 times and he still did not get it right. When we tried to pay him at the window he wasn’t paying attention and dropped some of the money out the window. Finally when we got to the second window to pickup our order, we waiting longer than we should have just to find out that our bags were missing two items. When we told the girl, she rolled her eyes and closed the window without saying a word. We waited another ohhhh maybe 4 minutes before she came back. She gave us the items. We then asked for honey mustard,(which was already suppose to be in the bad) she said they were 15 cents a piece. I was surprised she was even trying to charge for it due to the fact that the wait time was so long, the order was wrong and the entire process was such a mess. I then asked for a manager, I explained to her what happened and that I have not complained the last three times they had messed up our orders. She then rolled her eyes,(that must be a prerequisite to work at this location) and asked how many Honey mustards We wanted. «Three please» we responded, and she closed the window. She came right back handed them to us and gave a very half hearted apology. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this location.

I typically visit this McDonald’s and am a regular due to the Playland, my daughter and the Arizona heat. As of late, they have been completely lacking in the Customer Service end. My latest visit left me quite displeased. I waited 15 mins for my order and when it finally was ready, my frys were missing. After pointing out the issue, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. I got over it, big deal. But then my daughter asks me for an icecream cone so I go to order. As I approach the register another patron enters and is behind me. When this happens the manager and employee completely overlook me standing there placing my order and service the patron after me. At this point I am shocked and appauled. I decide to express my frustration to the assistant manager who offer me a very lackluster apology. Avoid this place if you can help it.
