Be prepared to wait if you are asked to pull up. I will absolutely refuse to move from the line or demand a refund if they do not have food ready.

Not even worth a single star. My order was taken by the manager. Who obviously was having a bad day. She was rude, didn’t smile(she definitely wasn’t lovin’ it). She didn’t listen while taking my order then walked off while I was paying and I had to stand there while she filled drive threw orders and made Mcafe’ drinks to finish the transaction. So with no surprise my order was wrong. Shocking, next time we do a mother son breakfast well go across the street to Jack in the box. I’m giving it 1 star because I have too.

Ive never had sn issue with my food. Been there 3 times in last few months after work. Each time: no ketchup in dispenser. No lids for drinks. No ice!

Stopped on my way back from the airport this morning for a quick breakfast biscuit and iced coffee. The iced coffee had almost no ice, tasted like all cream when I had asked twice for light cream. The girl blame to someone else for making it have no idea how many creams they put in it. And the lid wasn’t snapped on tight so it spelled when I took my first drink The biscuit was not very hot but I think it was old because it was hard. There was no one at the window when I pulled up and I sat almost a minute before I finally said hello into the microphone and the girl asked me what I wanted to order. I don’t think she knew I was there. I don’t think she was all there! There are plenty of other places around, So I think this is my last trip to this poorly run store. It just can’t be that difficult!

I understand that it isn’t easy working in the foodservice industry… I personally worked in foodservice management for 10 years. However with the late night staff at this Mcdonalds… I am embrassed to have ever worked in the same industry. After needing a quick bite being new to the area… and it being 2am. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience… but I was also not expecting to encounter such rude and incompetent people. Josh took the order after asking twice if had a missing item and reassured«yes»…I pulled up and paid where he ramble about his Amazon purchases he was currently working on. Not a big deal. However Cheryl… gave us the food. Checking the bag… indeed the item requested was left out. I tried to get her attention but she looked at me and continued doing something else. Finally coming to the window… I explained I had asked twice for the item but it wasn’t in the order. She begin to say it wasn’t her fault… and blaming it on her colleague. She told me she could make it but I would have to pay for it. That was never an problem. Her attitude was so bad… I asked to speak to her manager. She said she was the manager and went on about how she couldn’t watch Josh and there was nothing she could do and she had her own work. She advised to leave a message. By now I was feel offended by the the lack of customer service… she slowly made the order. When she came back, my passenger asked about the order. She proceed to yell at him, telling him it was taken care and to calm down. The food was perfect! However the most disrespectful part was when again explaining our concerns of prior errors… she yelled«have a good night, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah» and slamed the window shut. If you were seconds from starving to death… I would advise death than go to this Mcdonalds.

This location has by far the worse customer service ever experienced. Josh(guy who took our order) was lackadaisical all the way around and quite annoying to be honest. Part of my order never appeared on the screen and we asked multiple times if he got it down and he said yes all times, we get to him to pay and he starts rambling on for several minutes about amazon prime and other purchases he made during the holiday season, fine whatever. We get to the window and of course the order was incomplete. The lady catches an attitude instead of charging us to complete the order, mind you there are only 2 cars in the drive thru and we were there for over 15 minutes. She says she’s the manager but she can’t control what Josh does, that she’s too busy tending to her own duties. It was just a bad time, this is petty to complain about but the encounter alone would upset anyone. There is more to the story that I won’t carry on about any further, but overall THISPLACESUCKS! LASTTIMETHEYSEEME and they should be ashamed of their customer service skills, or lack thereof… especially at such a non busy time

Simple and quick. Accidentally sold me an extra drink but no biggie. Got an extra cup of ice and drank it later. Drive through time wasn’t too bad either. Great job guys!

Went through drive thru and every was ok up to the point of 2nd window chick at the window asked me if I order diet I told her no and then she has the guts to ask if I paid for my order umm no chick I jst came to the second window without paying because I really wanted to get away with not paying for 2 drinks a order that totaled $ 2.16 lol really come on. So it seemed like there orders were all messed up lol she could of just asked what my order was and then go and ask her fellow coworker if I paid but whatever’s I guess. So customer service not to great, can’t really say much for food since I did not order anything, but 1 large powerade and 1 large Dr. Pepper.

I think I gave this place 6 chances… SIX! sounds ridiculous, I know. I guess I suck at life. I bet this place hasn’t served a fresh chicken nugget in months… If by some act of God, they do happen to deliver some freshly-prepared delicious bits of saturated fat, they know what they have done, and they HATE you for it. If you’re in phoenix or the surrounding areas, fast-food in the summertime is a hot-bed for food-borne illness. Just look at the front page article in today’s Arizona Republic.

Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb… dumb, dumb, dumb, dum, dummmmmmmbbbbb. Waited in line for-ev-er cuz the sensor didn’t pick up our truck. So, we proceeded to the window to place our order & had to tell the girl 3 times that we wanted a Mc-gridd-le, real slow like so they’d understand English, or so we hoped. But alas, it shan’t be. They even had it correct on the receipt, but nay, I tell you, nay. The screwed it up afterall.

How wonderful and delightful my lunch be! I had Asian Chicken grilled salad. Fun place for kids. The have a nice play area.
