Mesa Royale Apartments

I lived here for one year and was able to begin the sign-​up process remotely by using their online application system. Once I arrived in Arizona, the staff stayed 30 mins past the closing time in order to give me the keys and to do the walk-​through. It was a pleasure getting on board.
Premises are kept clean and all amenities are available. The grill was my favorite spot to spend some weekend as you can have a beautiful view with palm trees and friendly folks playing golf. Neighbors were quite and Amazon could leave my packages at the door and I never lost a single package even though I work full time.
Move out was equally pleasant. I signed out, received a reasonable bill for items I did not clean as well as they expected. Since I did not have to leave a security deposit, I was sent an invoice and within a week I drove back to their office to pay it with a check. Staff was still friendly and happy I responded quickly. I would recommend this place to everyone :)
