Middleton AC was dispatched to me by First American Home Warranty. Middleton was able to see me on a Saturday, the day after the call was made. Jim Middleton arrived on time and was able to repair an issue that could not be resolved by another contractor(L&S AC — THEYARETHEWORST) for over 2 weeks. Jim Middleton is very knowledgable, courteous, reliable, and I highly recommend!

At first call, one would think that Jim from Middleton Air was mean. When my warranty company dispatched him and he called to schedule us for service, that was my impression. Turns out he’s a nice guy, just a bit rough on the phone. My only area of disappointment here is the scheduling. This guy works hard, but maybe to his detriment, because he overbooked himself. We put our service call Wed. He called to schedule Thu. Morning and said that he was so busy that he couldn’t get us in until Sat. Sucks because it’s 106 outside. We are at their mercy and the mercy of the warranty company, so oh well. He says Sat between12 and 3. My husband stays home from work to meet him, because I can’t. I call at 2 for an update and he says now more like 4 or 5, but closer to 5. Just after 5, he’s on his way from PV, 45+ minutes away! I got home around 7 and he was finishing up, with other jobs still in his queue! I will say, Jim was to the point and fixed us up great. I worry about this guy overdoing it though. Slow down and take what you can handle!

I am a tenant and appratntly the home owners warranty is the cheapest one out there. I have been in my rental for not even a month and the AC went out not even a week after we moved in. The wanted to send Sonoran Home services out but they couldn;t come out for a week so they dispatched Jim with Middleton Air. At first I though it was great because he said he could come out the same day. He came out and said there was not freon in the system and chaged it up. My first thought was«why is there no freon? Is there a leak?» He told us there was no leak. My ex-husband is an excellent AC man so I know a little bit about units. No more than 3 weeks later my AC goes out again. Home owners warrany dispatched the same guy, Jim with Middleton Air. Today is Thursday, my ac went out on Wednesday and he told me he cant come out until Saturaday. Are you kidding me. Its 95 degress in my house at night. You didn’t fix it right the first time so you should be able to put me on the list for the same day. He didn’t seem to care. Told me he had 7 appointments for today and tomorrow and the soonest is Saturaday with a pathatic I’m sorry and that was that. That is HORRIBLE customer service. You didn’t fix it right the first. I would not go thru this guy at all. He comes to your house and stays for 5 minutes, collects his money and he is out. What a shame.
