Always do a great job on my eyebrows

I got my nails done by Jimmy, who does a beautiful job. He’s so gentle and focused, my nails came out beautifully.
Although because I’m deaf, soft spoken and a heavyset woman, I wasn’t given a second look. :(
But the ambiance is simple and soft, the staff are really nice and can really do great nails.

Since 0 stars is not an option I had to give you 1 star, WHICH YOU DON’T DESERVE!!! First of all your employees are INCREDIBLY rude, ruff and completely inconsiderate of patrons!!! I am completely shocked that your business is still open due to being so unsanitary!!! The Health Department will be my next stop… I hope if someone is planning a trip to your salon they read all of the reviews of your business, and choose against it.

Rude! Don’t go here. Nail salons are so hit and miss. With most being not good. This is just another nail salon that isn’t good. This is a SERVICE field, learn to treat customers very well as they are paying YOU and keeping YOU in business. Don’t deal with RUDE entitled employees and go elsewhere. I suggest Pink Polish in Chandler. Beautiful salon and very clean and hip. Best Gel Manicure I’ve ever had.

We did a walk in mani pedi. The place was not clean at all, every surface was covered in dust. We both got nicked enough to see blood. They were taking customers out of order. A mani pedi would normally be about 90 minutes, but we were there for 2.5 hours! We definitely won’t go back.

Great place to go for a manicure. The staff there are friendly and polite. Must check it out!

I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years so I would say I have an expert opinion. I have been a regular customer for 4 years. I drive from East Phoenix to get my nails and pedicure done. Never do I have an issue with my nails breaking, lifting, chipping, etc. In my opinion they are the best in the valley. Ann and Mary are a dynamite team. Give them a try. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

Been going here for a couple years and visit often with a close friend who gets her nails done as well. They do my eyebrow waxing which I love. I always have a pedicure done and I have acrylic nails so they do my fills, back fills, and new sets when I need them. I usually see Mary for my nails and I do not have a regular person for my pedicures. I haven’t had a «bad» experience here. I have been a little underwhelmed by the service when they’re really busy though. I guess that’s to be expected when it’s crowded.

I have being coming to this salon since I moved to Mesa. I live it here. The staff is great and extremely friendly. I love the nail jobs and pedi’s I get done for me and my girls. Mary and Anne always work on me and they are awesome.

I went into this salon to get a pedicure. I was having a rough day and was just needing to relax. I also requested to have acrylics on my big toes. The gentlemen doing my pedicure started off with the two acrylics. He began pushing the cuticles of my big toes back with his FINGERNAILS! Not only was this unsanitary but it was painful. I very politely let him know several times that he was hurting me. He didnt really seem to care. Then he was digging his tool under my toenail, again less than gentle. I AGAIN let him know that he was hurting me. Still he was not phased by my request. He then filed my nails with the electric filer, he got my skin with it and it HURT! By this point i had only been there about 10 min. But it was 10 min too long. I decided enough was enough. I quietly got up, went to the register, explained the situation to the manager and told her i was more than happy to pay the ten dollars for the acrylics. That was ALL he had done so far. She said since i wasnt bleeding that i was fine and i was just being sensitive. She also informed me that it didnt matter if i got the pedicure or not, i WOULD pay the $ 30. I told her i didnt think that was fair. I did not yell, threaten, or curse at her! But she called THE POLICE and basically told them i was stealing and that if i didnt pay the $ 30 she would press charges!!! I have NEVER been in any kind of trouble and was in complete shock at the way i was treated! They obviously dont care about their customers.

Went the first time, unbelievable eyebrow waxing and pedicure. Been busy with work and school, and really didn’t have the time to take care of me. Had a free day yesterday and decided it’d be time to relax and visit again… waited outside 45 minute because the sign out front was chipped and appear to say 10:00 am — but in reality must be 11… once 11 rolled around, a few older ladies showed up and ran with their walkers to the front door. After waiting 45 minutes I was rudely cut in line by 3 older ladies (and I do have respect for my elders), but cannot even begin to express my disgust for the staff who immediately sat them down in pedicure chairs and tended to them while blatantly ignoring me. My money is just as green as granny’s and I tip all of my hair dressers, manicurists, waiters, etc. 20++%.

I’ve visited this Nail/​Beauty Salon twice now and both times I was a walk in appointment. The first time, I did have to wait ~20minutes for an eyebrow wax, but she did such an amazing job, I stayed for a pedicure! Their paint/​polish lasts a long time, several weeks if I recall. I went back for another eyebrow wax and once again, amazing job! Wish this salon was closer to my home, I’d be a regular!
