Update on my last review. When I was seen I was seen for glasses and contacts. I decided to switch brands of contacts and when you do you need to be finalized after a few days to make sure you like them and they are sitting correctly in your eye. Being that I decided not to go back do to the poor horrible client service, I didn’t make the appointment to finalize. A week later I received a statement from my insurance stating they have paid for the contacts? Wait paid for contacts? I didn’t receive contacts! I never went back! So I called nation wide and the receptionist explained that they preorder them so they are ready for you to pick up when you finalize. So I was trapped into going to the appointment knowing my insurance would only cover what they already paid for. So reluctantly I made the appointment. I went to my appointment and had my contacts finalized and low and behold they had to order them??? What the??? I had to wait another week for contacts that I was told they already ordered and my insurance and paid for. I will never go back and I really hope they get it together!

Run away!!! I’d rather go blind than let these people care for my eyesight. Two of the 3 front office people are average in service, but the young girl is simply RUDE. It’s amazing she even has a job, much less one in customer service. They messed up my daughter’s glasses and before we walked out, my daughter stated she was seeing double. They insisted my daughter eyes needed to «adjust» to wearing glasses and to give it a couple weeks. In that time, my daughter developed migraines requiring medication and still couldn’t see out of her glasses. Rather than making her health their priority, we had to schedule a «follow up» nearly a week away. God only knows how many more times we have to go before this issue is resolved.

Worst customer«service» ever! Didn’t even have water to offer us — in Arizona. Had to walk 3 children to Target to get a drink of water — in the desert, in the summer. They offered no apologies, and did not think anything of it. The office is unpleasant and the staff uneducated. My suggestion is to find another location or another vision center. We go to Target now for their vision center. At least we can get beverage there, their customer service is better, and the location is as convenient! Thanks Nationwide for sending us over to Target!
