I ordered a plaque for a business person. It was lovely but very fragile and she broke it before she got home. I took it back and they fixed it for free (making it a little more sturdy as well.) While I was there, I mentioned that our boat’s window had broken. They offered to try an acrylic bonding material that would fuse the pieces together. I had my boyfriend take the boat to them. They were able to bond it together and it worked well for quite a while, but it couldn’t handle the beating that the boats takes on the water.
They were very kind, friendly, helpful and reasonable. I highly recommend Newline for any personalized trophy, plaque/award, apparel, and they have a huge selection of personalized promotional give aways.
