This is the worst urgent care. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:00 one other person in front of me. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes then got called in. In the little room I waited another 45 minutes before the PA even showed up. What the he’ll is everyone doing? There’s no patients! The PA comes in looks at me for like 30 seconds sends me to the front and then the front desk isn’t even ready for the paperwork. I got here at 3:15 it’s now 4:45 and I am sitting in the waiting room again waiting for a Rx and to check out. WTF! I’m completely baffled. Never come here again.

I have used NextCare Urgent Care for several years and I must say the staff at this one were all outstanding. Great customer service. I used the WAHOO check in, you just can’t go wrong with that.

Wonderful Staff — Jose and Joelle made my day so much better. I was seen right away, after scheduling online. I had 3 x-rays (fractured my elbow), a referral to an Orthopedist, and a prescription, all in 60 minutes.
