I am so disappointed. I had to leave town for a death in my family. I was devastated by the loss. On top of that I was driving cross country for the services. With all the commotion I forgot to reschedule my appointment. I was called by a female saying I missed my appointment. When I explained my situation and that I was very sorry this is not in my nature she went on to tell me that I still should have cancelled my appointment and now I wouldn’t be able to use the groupon that I had already purchased. I understand the policies but I thought someone could make an exception. She showed no concern for my issues.

I absolutely love this place, they helped me out greatly several years ago, when I was very sick. The cost per session is very reasonable. I just brought my boyfriend here, and I am hoping they can help him too. The owners are the greatest, very knowledgeable nice people.
