Oasis Vape

Hey O, these guys have one in phoenix as well I travel a lot for my job and doesn’t matter what shop I go too they are down to earth people.

For about three months I’ve gone to Oasis for vape juice. Generally speaking they’ve given me what I’ve wanted most of the time.
The place is small, quaint and shuffling with life on Sundays and Wednesdays, which are the days they have an awesome deal — two 120ml bottles for $ 20. Other days are more quiet and a few hanger-​ons that kick it and exchange vape information and try new juice recipes.
They have have a windowed room where the juice is made to order, with your desired nicotine level and flavor mixture. They also have a couple of options for the cooling effect in any juice that you want, which personally I love. The juice is heavy with VG but holds flavor well and puts out great vapor. The prices are very modest, which makes this place desirable.
Where they fall inconsistent unfortunately is the service. There are typically 2 employees that greet and take customers orders, and 1 or 2 that mix the juice. I’ve had a few bad experiences with the ones taking orders and showing you various different mods/​tanks as well as the 1 or 2 mixing the juice.
On the two busy days there are at times incompetent employees which seem to be understandably overwhelmed, and getting through can be a hassle. The juice also suffers, from what I’ve observed when a certain someone isn’t mixing the juice. A friend of mine calls him black beard, and he typically won’t purchase juice if he isn’t the one manning the ship. Juices can come out flavorless, with cooling agents that are undesirable and varying nicotine levels.
Depending on who is working, there are times after you’ve purchased a juice where you’re able to come in and request a new mix if there is something noticeably wrong with your current, but again this is inconsistent.
Overall, I like the place and enjoy when it’s smooth sailing. Black beard creates damn good juice and some customer service is excellent, when others are in charge you don’t know what to expect. It’s like a box of chocolates …

I’ve been to oasis a few times However this was my first time going to the location near downtown Mesa and probably my last. I originally asked for a shurb clone which the guy working assured me he could create. I wanted to make sure that the flavors involved in creating this where right and asked if he could read me off the recipe since I know 70% of it and he avoided the question. So i requested if they could place it in a small bottle for me to smell test and since this is my favorite juice rather it be from Jimmy the juice man or a clone, im sure i am able to know if it is on point or not. After an employee came out and rudely told me that i will have to pay the full price for what ever bottle they put it in rather they made it correctly or not was extremely rude and a poor example of customer service. Instead of trying to drag that on. I requested a kiwi strawberry that is of my friends recipe. I requested the specific flavor company and amounts to be used. The product i requested was not the product I received. I received a big F U 120ml of juice. Very poor representation of the company as a hole. I advise giving the east mesa shop a visit. people are much more friendly and are more then happy to create something with you.

Great place, nothing wrong at all! Products are amazing and I will continue to come back to this place for my ecig needs.

Austin helped me out today, Im a new customer only had my vape 2 weeks. Unfortunately it didn’t function right. But quickly Austin took control and helped me find the receipt in their square system. I was able to exchange the vape, and I was so pleased with his effort, I thought it should get recognition, I even bought an additional tank which is real nice. 10 out of 10.

Been coming here for over a year and they know their vape! All of the employees are knowledgeable in the products and very kind. Plus military discount!

Love this place went in yesterday looking for parts and their employees were able to help me. No only were they fast they were friendly as well. You guys got yourself a new regular customer.

Great store. Good products at great prices and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Absolutely worth the drive! Went in for the first time late on the Monday before Christmas and the store was packed. Had to wait a bit and almost left but started listening to Gianni helping the customers in front of me. Due to his knowledge, great attitude despite being slammed with waiting customers, and his obvious desire to sell the right product for the customer not just the most expensive I decided to stay and am very glad I did. Bought two set ups, one for wife and one for me. He asked questions to find out what we wanted and then explained our options patiently. Stopped back in today to pick up a new tank and juice for our son and the service was just as good. Great store and great staff. Can’t wait for the new one at Power and Main to open. There’s a lot of big retailers that could learn a lesson from these guys about how to treat customers!

Okay place and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and outgoing. This is one of the lowest pricest vape shops, unfortunately with low pricing comes low quality products. Their ejuice is made in front of you and I brought it home to steep (set) and waited a week and vaped it, their ejuice is bland. Go buy great quality eliquid/​ejuice elsewhere.

Went to the opening today. Awesome people, prices, and service. My new favorite Vape store. This is hands down the best place to get equipment — with prices that rival many online sites without having to wait and no shipping costs. Some of the juices are hit and miss with me. My favorite is the Cola (I mix it with Black Cherry — it is just like a Cherry Cola.) I do wish they didn’t sell only ⁸⁰⁄₂₀ blend, but I’ll continue to go to them for equipment and my Chery Cola fix.
