This was a frustrating experience. We put our name on the list when we arrived but they did not seat parties in the order of arrival even though the groups were the same size. 4 out of 5 in our party chose the buffet. I ordered biscuits and gravy. Those that ordered the buffet had fruit, the main course and dessert but the biscuits and gravy still had not arrived. I spoke to the manager and he did not care so I just cancelled the B&G order. Jessica K, our waitress did not make any effort to resolve the issue and neither did the manager. Jessica brought the bill and processed the credits cards. The manager then came by the table and offered that I could go to the buffet to get the biscuits and gravy. By this time we were leaving. It was just an all around bad experience.

I don’t mind the heat at all. So I went today around 3:30. The course was dead, So I went inside and asked if I could play a round. The employee told me they are wrapping up because nobody was golfing. The next thing he said was, «sorry.» I like the course, but I’m done there. SUMMERISSLOW, THEYSHOULDKNOWTHAT.

Nice views of the golf course and mountains while dinning. The food and the service lacked allot. Living in the area we had out of town friends meet us for breakfast. The menu was good. Our guests arrived first and ordered coffee. We waited for the wait staff to bring cups but ended up going to another table to get our own. One of our party ordered chicken fried steak and was brought and charged for the more expensive steak. Another asked for sour cream to accompany an omelette. It never arrived. Potatoes were absolutely stone cold. the farmers scramble was rubber and nearly burnt on the bottom. Since we were in a time crunch and the waitstaff never checked back we left with a totally unsatisfactory experience. Should have gone to our neighborhood standby, Cozy Corner Café.

Golfed Painted Mountain today. Painful. Over priced. Tee times so close together waited on every hole. All 18. Some holes 3 foursomes ahead of us. Should be a $ 40 track not $ 70

Stayed here for a wedding, and aside from the mediocre rooms, the staff is not very friendly. After a long night at a wedding, I called the front desk for a late checkout and the receptionist rudely, and with attitude, said, «Yeeeah, we can’t do that today.» Then preceded to tell me it was past check out time(which I was not told) and I needed to get out of the room as fast as possible. I was astounded that someone working at a hotel would speak to me that way, in response to my very politely asked question. They also don’t seem to have breakfast in the morning. The beds also have a peak in the middle, and decline towards the sides, like a little hill. The rooms are stuffy with no ventilation, we had to keep the door open. I’m slightly thankful I had a wedding group rate, but was so surprised to see the actual price for a room — I would definitely not pay that much for this place, EVER!

Nice place, but everyone there was extraordinarily rude. The patrons and the staff treated us like second class citizens simply because we are in the 20 – 30 age bracket. Ageist people are horrible to see, let alone interact with. Aside from that, the room was nice. This place is significantly out of the way, so if you were planning on doing anything within Phoenix, stay somewhere else. EDIT: We discovered a few days after staying here that they charged us for an additional night that we were not there. Upon contacting the company, it sounds like they do this to customers a lot. As a result, I have downgraded my rating.
