Paradise Bakery

The service was great the food was out to us pretty quick. the hot cocoa and coffee was great. So was the blueberry muffin. the fruit cup was not good the honey dew was good but the strawberry’s were not fresh and all of them were mushy and brown

My letter to corporate about Paradise Bakery even after i received a $ 10 gift card for the previous mess-​up. Save yourself time and go somewhere else… This place is disgusting
While I greatly appreciate the $ 10 gift card, I will not be using it. I went to to the Superstition Springs Mall Paradise Bakery location on Sept 28^th around 4:30pm and sampled the Tuna Fish. It was disgusting. It was a basically tasted more mayo than anything and I basically had to spit it out. I even asked a few of the employees what happened to the quality and they basically admitted after Panera took over Paradise, the overall quality went down and the company was focusing on profits over quality. Overall, it’s a unfortunate disappointment because I always enjoyed going to Paradise and I have been a loyal club member for the last several years and have accumulated tons of points. I know this, I will not be returning to any Paradise Bakery as this company feels to overlook quality.
If you want to see what tuna fish taste should like, go to Wildflower Bakery located on Val Vista and Baseline. Hell you should take notes because the manager even stated they are increasing their sales significantly since Paradise Bakery went to hell.
If not, then please send me an address that i can return this gift card to. I was going to give this to another family member, but i love my family.

4 flights delayed today at the airport and this place is running out of chicken and turkey which is mostly all of there sandwiches Unreal This has happened numerous times ! Don’t bother!

Went here twice on my vacation and had the caramel frappes. So GOOD :) The cashier was very friendly too during both visits.

Years ago I really liked Paradise Bakery and bought the chicken walnut sandwich at any location I was near. Unfortunately in more recent times, I have bought more than one C/​W sandwich that tasted like… fish. That’s right, FISH. The sandwich I bought two days ago from this location had the same problem.
I emailed corporate and got a reply from a receptionist (according to her email signature) wanting to send me a gift card. I replied back that since I am finally done with this company, why would I want a gift card?
I have seen this same complaint online regarding another type of sandwich (at a different location) – apparently they are using the same utensils to prepare all their sandwiches, or different foods are coming in contact with one another on countertops, etc. Nasty.
Years ago this was not a problem, and I would have given all their locations a 5-​star rating. In the years that it has been a problem I have definitely given different locations several tries, and now I’m done. Yes, they have other items, but I’ve had better cookies, breakfasts, etc. elsewhere, and see no reason to continue trying a place that produces an inconsistent product, in the hope that they might one day improve. Buyer beware.
