Very unhappy with this company and will never ever use them again. Their tech worked on my computer for over three hours and made the machine worse then when he came in. I finally told him to stop after three hours because he could not fix the basic problem. Their hourly rate was racking up to be more then the cost of a new computer. The tech was counting on his fingers to figure out how many hours he had been working on my computer. The company refused to give me any consideration that not only did he not fix the problem but actually made it worse. A friend said that Data Doctors are customer oriented. I will try them next time. I am convinced that dude would still be in my house if I had not told him to stop. My husband owns his own business and he will never use this compNy again either. If you are charging an hourly rate you need people who know what they are doing.
