I have came here a few times and every time I come here I am very disappointed. I usually get gel nails and they never last more than two days. After two days they chip off. Spending 25 dollars for nails to last two days is not worth it! I plan on going somewhere else. I don’t know if they use different gel product but don’t go here if you want your gel nails to last less than two days

I came here a few weeks ago to get a manicure and pedicure and it was seriously amazing! It was one of my days to myself and so I treated myself to getting my nails done anyway they were so nice and the foot massage was seriously the best one I’ve had at any nail place and my pedicure still looks good 3 weeks later! I don’t think I’ll go to another nail place as long as I live in this area! They are the best!

Many many weeks later I am still impressed with this place. My nails never lift and my feet are much better. The owners really take care of you here. If I could give them ten stars I would. Love love love platinum nails.

I used to come here a few years ago but the new ownership sucks. Made an appointment and asked for the girl I used to see. She said sure! Then I get there and find out she doesn’t even work there anymore! Why the hell did she say yes then?! I ended up having a guy do my nails. They looked like crap within a matter of days and have all lifted and broken off in less than 2 weeks. Never going back…

I am so happy with my nails. The new owners are amazing! This is the place to go. I have been looking for a reliable professional place to go and I finally found it. If you want quality work this is the place. I will not trust anyone else

My mom and I got manicures and pedicures here while visiting the area. Prices were very reasonable — $ 22 for a pedicure and $ 25 for a shellac manicure. The individuals working were very friendly and did an excellent job. Everything was extremely sanitary. I’d definitely return to Platinum if I’m back in the area.

This place is the best place to go. In my opinion it’s super close to my house. They have a nice variety of nail polish and the service is great. If I needed some time to relax I would go to platinum nails and spa.

I loved the way my nails looked the day of but then one of them broke off when I woke up the next day. Then the other 2 broke at work while typing on my computer. Nails have no quality their and are highly priced. On top of it they were talking about one of the other employees who works there like as if I was not there and new it was my first visit. The only thing good about this place is those good nails for only 24 hours. Never going again. First and last visit.

Got my nails done today with Tony. He did an amazing job. Nice owners and a very clean place. I am going to be a regular and next time I think I’ll get a pedicure too. I highly recommend this place. I travel all the way from Queen Creek to get my nails done here.

We called to schedule 2 pedicures. They asked if we could come at 2:00 instead of our requested time. We agreed. We arrived a few minutes before 2:00 and they said they’d be with us in a few minutes. At 2:20 we were discussing how long we’d wait before leaving and a gal came over and led us to the chairs. She said it would be 5 min. until they’d start our pedicured. Then she & others continued working on other customers. At 2:30, with no sign they were ready to do our pedicures, we left. We will not return. Too many other nail salons in the area to try. Hopefully they will honor their appointments & be truthful to other customers.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for about 9 years. I drive across town to come here every month. Nancy does great work as well as the owner Kristy. Prices are not the cheapest but it’s worth it. My gel manicures last about 3.5 weeks as well as my pedicure before it starts chipping.

I had a great experience at Platinum Nails. I only had an hour to get a mani-pedi and I asked if that was enough time. They were so nice and assure me that they would do my manicure and pedicure at the same time. The polish job they did on my nails is perfect. I have gone to other salons that the polish bubbles or they miss part of my nail. My toes and fingernails are perfect. I would like a bit harder foot rub but I will be back for a quality polish any time. They were very professional and nice and even offered a bottle of water when I first arrived.

Fantastic service and absolutely love my nails. I walked in without an appointment, but was seated immediately. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and 3 weeks later… not a chip on my nails to be found! Will definitely be back!

The place is very clean and friendly. They offer you a water bottle while you wait. I’ve been there twice and was pleased the first time when I got a full set put on. I went back for a fill and she didn’t put the acrylic very low on my nails so it looks like I’ve had them for a few days. My mom even said «those are new?! They look grown out already» when I showed them to her. The shape is very nice so I’ll go back for a fill and see how it goes. I think it depends on who does your nails but overall it’s a pretty good place with good prices.

Clean & calm. Very relaxing spa pedicure. Was going to do gel nails, but Natasha explained why I shouldn’t at this time (apparently nails are too short). Very happy with the polish on toes but not so much on hands. Will go back tho.

I really want to like this place. The staff is great… very friendly and the place is super clean. However the services were average at best. No lotion during the manicure and no trimming or real clean up during waxing. I almost would come back on atmosphere and staff… but it was a little disappointing.
