First experience with Marc the manager was excellent. Next three visits they just put my car on the lift and gave it a ride up then back down no work performed in between when doug was the manager. I am so grateful I found an honest mechanic who showed me my black clumpy oil that had a hard time coming out of the drain plug it was so thick and black. Avoid the place if at all possible or babysit them so you can be sure the work you pay for gets done. They don’t even deserve one star. Located between Val vista and greenfield on the north side of the road. Buyer/​Car owner BEWARE!

The other Unilocaler ’ s intuition about their lack of integrity is exactly right! Let me preface that I have never left a negative review for a business on any site (100% positive Unilocal history.) Every one has a bad day so I give people the benefit of the doubt when I receive poor service but when a company blatantly lies I feel a responsibility to warn the next victim.
We took our car in to have the brakes checked bc they were making a little noise and it’s close to our house. What we received was an assessment that stated our brakes, rotors and sensors were irrepairable. Coincidentally our back tire had a shiny new screw in it which supposedly couldn’t be repaired either.
Took the same car into the dealer who makes big profits off of repairs to find out our fronts had 6k miles left and rears had 8k. Sensors were fine as well. System just needed a readjustment. Tire was repaired in 15 minutes as well. There are way too many shops in town to subject yourself to borderline criminal behavior. Oh and even though I can’t substantiate my theory on how the screw got into our tire, my intuition is usually right. Stay clear Unilocal community!

Didnt feel they were trustworthy. I had my car in and they told me i needed all this extra work that i have got checked out all ready, and didnt need. I decided to take back my car, and they didnt charge me a shop fee or anything though. That fact moved them from a 1 to a 3 star.

Marc the manager was helping an older woman and got her a real deal on some Goodyear tires. He was very helpful to everyone. It appears he pretty much does everything up front. You can hear the tools in the bay’s running barely. I have never seen a shop with a restroom so clean. I highly recommend this place. I got an oil change, four Tires rotated and all fluids topped off in just enough time for me to finish my review! They’re even kind enough to fill up the kiddie pool

On my way home I stopped at this shop because my tire indicator light was on. I needed air pressure corrected. Doug Kulla was very kind to take me at 430pm yesterday and at no charge. I was expecting to pay something. Doug was very professional and I will definitely return to this shop for future honest work.

Thank You Guys. I came in for a routine oil change and it was discovered that I had some unhealthy tire wear. During the reasonable priced alignment the technician noticed that I had a loose control arm, he tightened it to SPEC and informed me of the issue. The car drove away so much smoother and safer. Thanks for the Professionalism, Courtesy, and Kindness. I will definitely come back.
