OH MY GOD AMAZING
We had the mango lobster spring rolls, the eel cucumber roll, shrimp tempura roll, and my boyfriend had the Rock n Roll and one other that had guac on it and literally everything had me practically drooling. The atmosphere is really cool and the workers are friendly. (: Totally coming back.
Oh and even two rolls are enough to fill you up– but you keep eating anyway because EVERYTHING IS SO FREAKING GOOD

We love the reverse happy hour. There is a nice variety of food items and drink specials. Additionally, the staff are all pleasant and accommodating.

Best place for happy hour and it’s on the way home. Price is reasonable and customer service still the same. Of course the sushi chefs are great, very polite and quick. The agadashi tofu is amazing and rainbow rolls are yummy.

Their service is extremely slow and Vegas roll was horrible. No tuna inside the roll, and not good as they usually do in other RA locations. Manager didn’t even come to our table to ask how was our service. I’m not coming back here!

The fish was of so-​so quality, the rolls were on the smaller side and doused excessively with mayo based sauces. Great service and nice outdoor seating, nonetheless. Acceptable for a quick bite just don’t expect a spectacular meal.

I love the atmosphere and service. Very friendly staff and I love the food. They always have fresh sushi and excellent drinks. I plan on coming back again and again. I enjoy the lobster Mango roll and the traditional California roll. Their potstickers are always wonderful.

Would have to say this location was a better experience then the location in old town, the hostess was attentive and nice, there was no wait and our server Taylor was polite and on point with drink refills and information.
Got the happy hour menu and the soft shell crab roll and a few other items and was please with almost everything at this location, it’s also cleaner and the layout is set up significantly better in my opinion compared to the one in old-​town.

Did you know that RA had a lunch special menu? Well, my sister and I most definitely didn’t. There is a deal with bento boxes for about $ 7 — $ 9. Which is a nice deal because the portions are so big for lunch and it fills you up. They are not that busy during the lunch hours. I had the Shrimp tempura Bento and my sister had the Vegetable tempura bento. It comes with two salads, rice, entrée, and a couple of sauces.
On the regular menu during regular times, the sushi and other entrees are wonderful, too. They are big portions and great place to share a cocktail with your girlfriends.

Ra never disappoints. I have yet to get a roll that I didn’t like; even the most basic roll (California roll) is amazing, we get this every time we come even though I don’t like to get it anywhere else. The «RA» kin’ roll is a little pricey but one of my all time favorites. Don’t forget the 4 – 7 happy hour menu at the back. Only downfall here is the volume, not terrible though.

Good food, but so loud! If you’re looking for a bar with food, 4 stars. Looking for a restaurant? 2 stars. Also, they do not accept reservations unless you call 24 hours ahead. Even when they aren’t busy. I am 9 months pregnant and don’t want to wait a long time once I get there. I asked if we could have reservations for 3 at 6:40 and she said no. I asked if they could make an exception since I am so pregnant, and she said no but there shouldn’t be a long wait. If there isn’t going to be a long wait, why not just let me make a reservation?

I know its RA, and we’ve all been to at least one of their locations, but this location is pretty darned good. The staff is nice, the place is always tidy, drinks are mixed well, food comes out properly… the music is a TAD loud, but that’s a RA thing. They tend to be pretty busy most days for happy hour, but we’ve always been able to at least get seats at the bar. I think the service at the bar might be some of the best! I recommend the spicy yellowtail maki, shrimp tempura maki roll and red sangria sake … Love that drink!

I am an avid sushi lover and I especially love fried calamari. That being said when I visited RA the sushi I had there was not the best. The calamari was kinda soggy, and the soy sauce was extremely bland. I will not be visiting RA anymore.

Okay i loveeeeeeee this location. Their restaurant has always been clean when I went and their food is on point. I have gone there during the most busy times like Valentine’s Day and they were on top of it all with exceptional service… yes for the amount of food and alcohol they are a bit on the pricier side but it honestly is well worth it …
On another note I love their outside seating. Even on a hot AZ day

For starters, I have enjoyed Ra Sushi in the past, so there was a certain expectancy of quality, and the AZ location represented ok. Our server Jesse, as funny, helpful and on her game. I deducted a star for one simple fact, they served everything at once, 3 cut rolls, edamame appetizers and 4 orders of nigiri. I normally deplore slow service, this was hyper service… some where in between is that other star. The prices were a little higher than I’m used too for such conservative servings… but this is Az, right. I probably will try the other local options before spending $ 150 to feed 3 people with limited adult beverages.

Yummy!!! This place is pretty delicious! Great service, wonderful décor and good Sushi! I had the Shrimp Calamari Tempura Roll! It was delicious! Calamari, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, cream cheese and crunchy Tempura bits. The bits were even pink and green for Easter!!! They may come in that color all the time, I forgot to ask, but I would like to say since I went there just before Easter they did the bits in those colors to be festive! It was awesome! I cant wait to go back and try more! PS — Try the spicy garlic edamame, gives normal edamame a little kick! Great starter! Keep it up RA! I may become a regular!

This place is wonderful for sushi and at a decent price as well. Their happy hour is awesome. Half-​off a lot of their appetizer and sushi as well. Their Vegas and Shrimp rolls are delicious. I literally could eat my weight in that. Their service is amazing too and she seemed knowledgeable in anything related to sushi so we followed up to her recommendation as well and loved all of it. Their desert is wonderful as well. Definitely will come here a lot more often.

Back again and once again Heidi takes total control of the situation. Drinks on point, food flying in. Seriously, this place would suck if it weren’t for people like her. Great staff brings return customers which bring great reviews. Keep up the good work…
