lazy and incompetent workers, don’t know their own products very well or understand the basics of electronics. also overpriced.

I stopped at this store because I’m having trouble getting the contact list from one phone to transfer to the new phone that I bought at the Kingman Radio Shack. I visited the store on a Tuesday and the 2 gentlemen working, were courteous, helpful, problem solvers and had a ‘can do’ attitude. But the problem wasn’t solved, so they invite me to come back to the store on Wednesday to meet with Marshall the Manager. So it’s Wednesday, I get to the store, I’m a few minutes early before the store opens and the manager opened the door early for me. Marshall the Manager was very professional, courteous, again-demonstrated a ‘can do’ and ‘will try’ attitude to get the phone problem fixed. After he tried everything, Google searched for more answers, and tried again-then, was it resolute that the only thing to do for my phone problem is to enter by hand-the problem is hardware from the manufacture. I give this Radio Shack an enthusiastic thumbs up and recommend them because in the 2 days that I was there I experienced 3 amazing team members and witnessed how they treated the other customers who came in for services and products while I was there trying to solve my phone problem. This big chain gives a mom and pop store feel-or at least in Kingman and at the Falcon View Plaza stores.
