Schaeffer-chauffeur

Bought a Groupon from schaeffer-​chauffer limo service to pick my family and myself up at the airport. I filled out their online reservation with all my flight info, cc info. 8 days went by I hadn’t received a confirmation mail from them. I called their office with no response. Finally got through to Kim.
She told me since we used their service before for a sedan service they wouldn’t provide me the SUV service under the Groupon. If I didn’t call these people over and over to find out what was going on my family would have been standing at the airport at midnight wondering, where is this Schaeffer chauffer limo service. I asked for her to please reconsider as I’m a business traveller and would like to find a service to taxi me for my business trips.. She refused to assist us. I explained how i won’t get this money back from Groupon an she didn’t care.
Bad way to come to the valley !
