Speedy Air

«Speedy Air» was by far the worst service I’ve encountered by a business in some time. This hellish experience all began last Friday when my AC stopped working. They cancelled two appointments on Saturday & Sunday, both without calling to reschedule. On Monday a technician finally came to my home an hour after the scheduled time, but did not bring a large enough ladder. Tuesday they said their truck with the ladder broke down, of course I had to call to find out where they were. It’s now Wednesday and they finally were able to take care of the issue. A manager was rude to me on the phone after I called requesting to have the copay waived, avoid this company at all costs. The only reason we continued with them was due to our appliance warranty company contracting with Speedy Air, no other choice.
If you want your air conditioner fixed in a timely & professional manner, do not call this pitiful excuse for a company.
