In the 2 years that my grandmother has lived at Springdale she has enjoyed it. The staff is helpful and the facility is clean. There have been a couple of ‘hiccups’ along the way that we were able to get worked out and overall it had been a mostly positive experience.

This place nearly killed my husband. No exageration! They were totally incompetent in caring for someone who had multiple health issues. My husband got an infection at the incision site of his leg amputation, his nephrostomy bag and tube had come out of his kidney and was laying on the floor. I had to bring it to the charge nurses attention so that he could be taken to hospital. His kidney hadn’t drained in 2 – 3 days according to Dr’s at the hospital. On the weekends they just medicate patients so that they sleep. Weekend nurses have 15 – 20 each to care for. The place reeks of urine. What a disgusting place to place a loved one in for rehab. This Is Not rehab… it’s a convalescent home!
