I have given this location many tries, yet somehow they have managed to mess up every order except one in the past month.

Been coming here for over 11 years sometimes daily. 99% of the time my order is right if things go wrong it is usually a trainee and that is going to happen. Store is clean and self service condiment (cream and sugar) is clean and stocked 95% of the time. The store floor and seating areas about the same. The front porch is nice but could use more seating some days. The music is to loud and especially if your on the phone, but I have noticed this at every Starbucks I have been to, and this is in every state! I like some of the new pastry or baked goods but I miss some of the old stuff, tgat is all Starbucks too. Got to know several of the workers as they pass through. Some get better jobs and some get promoted or transfer but they seem to always keep a solid crew. Never had a problem with Drive through when I use it and they usually have doggie biscuits for our Dogs! Tip folks, they deserve and need it! Patio is Doggie friendly and Bike rider friendly.

This review is based on my visit on August 1st, 2015.
I really love this location. The staff are friendly and efficient, even on a Saturday morning. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, which tasted great, though I do wish they would have put more caramel on top! Given that it is so close to my house, I might end up with a coffee addiction!

Great Service and Friendly Staff
I have to admit I love my coffee and I always stop at this Starbucks store. I realize there are many Starbucks locations. However, this location is one of my favorite. The service is great and the staff are very friendly. This location is clean and feels comfortable. I usually get a latte or frappé.
My coffee is always made the way I order and tastes great. In addition, to great coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack.
Great coffee, pastries, and friendly staff. It doesn’t get any better.
Great coffee, snacks, and customer service. What more could you ask for.

Very slow service. Ordered a vanilla frap and A caramel frap and scone and pound cake. 10 min for the 1st frap and another 10 for the 2d the had to wait in line to go and see where the pastries are. terrible. It took 20 min to get our order, while people behind us were heading out the door with their orders

I love this place! there’s nothing better than friendly, fun, helpful staffit’s like ‘Cheers’ with coffee instead of alcohol where «everybody knows my name «…i’ve been coming here for years, and my dogs like sitting near me and people watch too… at least, i think they are — but who knows what they really are thinking: maybe we all look like juicy steaks to them
i their lemon slice cake, delicious and lemony — and their ham and swiss toasted sandwich, and oh heck, it’s all good
i know it’s a chain and some people just plain don’t like it, but i’m a fan, and enjoy my gingerbread latte or a cappuccino or a plain ol’ drip coffee with 4 espresso shotsthe place is kept clean and tidy, even the outside area — really a great place to hang with friends or alone

Friendliest starbucks I have ever been. great hours!!! open I believe at 4 am most mornings, the manager here is probably the nicest and greets everyone with a smile and engaging conversation. Tables here are always clean and is a great place to come and study.

This is my regular coffee shop because it is so close to the house. The staff that of been there the longest are wonderful. Always friendly, remembering your name and very helpful, chatty, funny makes going there peasant.
When you get a trainee it’s very difficult to deal with them. Your order is usually wrong but they’re having a hard time because they are learning, eventually they get it.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! All of the workers are always nice and happy to make your drinks. I generally get the same thing every time, iced chai tea latte, because it’s just that amazing. But I wait all year round for anything pumpkin flavored. If you get a chance try their blueberry muffins!

I LOVE Starbuck’s and I LOVE the people at this location HOWEVER, the service is always so incredibly slow. Last weekend I waited in line (inside) for 28 minutes for my drink and spinach feta wrap. That is a long time. A few weeks prior I waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru. If there were no cars behind me I would have backed out. BUT… My food and beverages are always good.

Thought I should make use of another buy one get one free coupon for myself & my son. We chose another location because previously when using the same coupon at a different location for the 1st time we had received a difficult time. I was leary about using the same type of coupon again but needed an afternoon pick me up. We went through the drive through and I made sure to mention the coupon, it was like night and day. Meagan whose smile you could hear through the speaker was a breath of fresh air. She said «no problem», we got our order quick without any issues. Meagan was super sweet and even my son commented on how nice she was. and made it a point to say thank you and goodbye to her. My son suggested that I should meantion her on Unilocal,so here I am. Meagan thank you, you brightened our day!

Friendly staff, drinks prepared correctly. First time here, the baristas were alright. The second time, the baristas were much more friendly. Overall, it’s a SBUX. They have coffee, tea, and usually me!

Never thought I would be reviewing a Starbucks, but I had to mention this one.
Went here a few nights ago. In front of the store the seats were crowded. I expected a wait inside. Instead, the service was fast and friendly. I ordered only a water and a cookie. The person I went with ordered a coffee and said it was very good.
The next morning, I realized I had left my planner behind. When I asked about it, I had barely gotten the question out to the barista when she said, «Yes.» She promptly went back to get it and this is the main reason this Starbucks gets the great review. Service.

I’ve been a morning regular here for many years and I drink my fair share of coffee. This is probably the most consistently good and friendly Starbucks I have visited in the valley. Keep it up, guys!
I don’t do a lot of afternoon/​evening coffee, so I can’t comment too much on that except to say that the place is fairly quiet in the afternoons and the people who work then seem to be just as friendly.

This is a great Starbucks! The Manger Leighton is always so friendly. I used to just go to this bucks while visiting my boyfriend and they would remember my drink and order. Now that I live here it’s as if they know when I am about to walk in the door. The team is friendly and the place is always clean. In addition to all this The team knows about current specials and the goings on with Starbucks so that’s cool.
