I have been going to Steve’s for parts for awhile they are great. The problem I had was recently with service on my bike. The mechanic is knowledgeable but I feel I was mislead on repairs. The major issue was with the owner. When I questioned him on the phone about the repairs that didn’t get fixed he became angry and started ranting about not having a magic wand. Steve needs to remember who is spending money there and it is our right to question how our money is being spent.
They did not charge me when I picked up the bike. I thought we could clear things up but Steve said he was going to put my name in the system. I guess if he doesn’t want my money that is his right. I will take my business somewhere else.

After a bad experience, with Steves Cycle, I decided to give them another job on a different project – rebuilding my clutches for my Polaris RZR. They did a great job on this last project! They even went out of their way, contacting me to inform me that they located a few more worn out bolts that needed to be replaced – they even provided me the part reference numbers AND found a location in town that stocked them. I’m happy they went to the trouble to contact me about the worn parts – my clutches will certainly run longer and more trouble-free.
Thank you for restoring my faith. I’ll be back.

I bought a motorcycle here.
It was a used one, but it was barely touched. Steve gave me a good price on it. Since I came in from out of town, and his shop was closed when I wanted to see it he gave me his personal cellnumber and opened up for me to come in a see the bike.
It was a good a pleasant transaction, and Steve was right on the price. Sure I’d wish he would budge a little more, but we agreed on a fair price. I have never been back, but if I was looking for another bike — I might just go back to Steve.
Keep it up Steve.

I had a friend recommend Steve to me a few months ago. I finally got around to taking my bike into him for a tune-up before it cools off and riding weather is here. I have to say, I was very impressed. He did way more than I thought he would for a tune-up and my bike runs great. It was well worth the couple hundred dollars to have him give my bike a thorough look over and do all the work that he did on it.
Based on my over-all experience and how my bike runs after the service, I would definitely recommend this shop and will be back in the future.
