I am so sickened by this doctors office. I tried to book an appointment but did not have my insurance card at the time of my call so the would not book the appointment. I called the next day and booked my appointment for four weeks out, which would have been tomorrow, 8÷14÷15. I call today to confirm and the cold uncaring robot on the other end of the phone states my appointment has been cancelled. I tell her no, I called in and reset the appointment, she states sorry you can come in on September 2. With out asking the severity of my issue she offers my another 21 days of dealing with sever stomach issues. I am beyond upset and would discourage anyone from this using this office.

Dr. Patel is the best GI I have ever had. It took many GI’s to discover a good one. He truly took time to understand my condition, and treat my symptoms. He continues to care and show empathy for the struggle I have to go through at such a young age. He’s always polite and kind. Never once has he shown a sign of arrogance.
