It’s extremely safe, SUPER clean, there is security and security cameras, the gate is closed at all times. The apartment looks and feels like a actual house, it’s VERY clean, no bugs, no roaches, the gym, computer room, theater room, etc. are ALL super clean and organized. The staff is amazing! they are super friendly and positive people, they make you feel right at home! They go above and beyond for you, I was very concerned that the place might smell like cigarettes so they did the ozone cleaning JUST in case! :) I’m new to the state and city, I looked and called a lot of properties and this the best property in MESA! and it has 2 large dog parks, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. They also have a sand volleyball court and basketball court, heated pool, and dry sauna room! This place is the best!

Mesa, AZ
We have lived here for about 3 years, and LOVE it. The property is smaller, and very nice clean and well kept. Everyone who works here is awesome, even the groundskeepers who work on the property. If something is needing to be repaired they are super helpful and rapid. The pool and clubhouse are clean and super well kept. It’s quiet and a great place for a family, free pest control, great community activities… all around awesome.
