My wife explained in detail the type of of treatments she wanted and explained why she needed extensive massage before adjustments. Dr, Jeff Jex started the treatments the way she requested, but each treatment became less what she needed and more his normal treatment procedures. He actually hurt her less than 10 minutes into her last treatment. She has been in a rib wrap and had difficulty sleeping for weeks now. At time of the injury, he told her that he would call to see how she was doing.
NEVER HAPPENED.
Should have know when a doctor has to have payment before a treatment. When asked for a refund, he stated that he is just an employee and doesn’t have the authority to do refunds. NO we would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

It’s nice there is a chiropractor on Signal Butte! The people here are friendly and i would go again.
