Sales reps that work here are very immature. They call each other out for being late and then talk about it to their customers or about each other to their customers. I’m pretty sure one of the managers was also part of the group disparaging the staff there. Just embarrassed for them.

Stay AWAY from this store! TWICE I’ve been lied to when activating a new line! This time when I was charged for adding Mobil broadband, which I had not agreed to or asked for, it was more than I could accept. I went to this store and told them they needed to correct my bill and remove the added service but as usual, they weren’t any help and manager ‘Nick’ the @#$% wasn’t around to deal with the deceit he had a part in orchestrating! Adding service to my account I didn’t WANT and in fact stated NO I don’t need extra data (the phone is for my 65 yo Mom) and this F-​tard still signed me up !!! Then also adding broadband which I never received equipment to use??? WTF? Seriously don’t go here for anything there’s plenty of other stores nearby. I had to contact Customer service to resolve the billing and service issues. Filed a formal complaint against this store and now eagerly awaiting the follow up call from corporate.
