Target Stores

Came to find a dress and a pair of flats for my 12 year old daughter. Found dresses, though there were few in her size, as most were for much younger girls. Was not able to find shoes. They had hardly anything in stock and what little they had was so poorly displayed! Empty boxes and nothing with matched pairs except the slippers left over from the holidays. I should have taken a photo. The area looked just like the Kmart did as it was closing its doors (when it was stripped bare of inventory). There were no shoes we could purchase. Highly disappointed. Very highly. I never go to Target because of the prices not being the best value. It was ridiculous to go and not be able to even spend the gift cards I got for Christmas. This Target needs supervision!

Rude and condescending front end manger. I was buying the sought after Christmas lazar light displays for 2 elder family members. I was happy to find them at Target. I called to share that I found them and was buying the lights for them. They were both very happy as they have limited mobility and can not run from store to store. When I approached the register, the front end manager left the customer service desk and physically took two of them out of my cart. She said these were ‘a sought after item’ and were limited to one per person. I told them there were no signs and I was buying them for family. They were un caring. I asked to hold them and have my family come in. Again they were un caring — Dec 4, 2015 at approximately 9:30 am
I ended up purchasing one and giving it to my mom.
Another Bah Humbug From Target. That will be my last visit.

Horrible experience with this target. Managers are not helpful and willing to work to provide outstanding customer service to their customers. I will be calling corporate to report this store and most especially the manager on duty during my numerous encounters at this location.

I always go to this Target. Love this store! They have cute and affordable clothes. It’s clean and always organized. The employees are always friendly. I see people complaining about waiting in lines, but that’s life. Have some patience people! And, whenever I’ve been in a long line, customer service usually calls people over to check them out. I see items I want, but don’t need and wait for them to go on sale because they have good deals often.

I called this Target and Therese who assisted me is FANTASTIC!!! She was sooooooo kind and helpful and patient! I absolutely could not believe it she was so amazing!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THERESE

This Target is not fantastic and not horrible. It has what other targets have, but sometimes low on stock on things. I feel like if they were to get more products they will do a lot better. The thing that I noticed since living in the area and coming to this Target that it ALWAYS has someone trying to steal from this place. Sad but true. Sure this happens at any store, but its so crazy how it happens every time i decide to come out to this one! Don’t get me wrong, I love that this is close by and is easy to get to. Though, i feel that if the surrounding area builds up this target will probably up their game and do better in the future. Will be coming back again because its close, but will be watching my back each time i shop lol! Good luck Mesa, Target!

I found everything I needed here!
The checkout experience was rather different, the female was VERY energetic, but a sorta high type of energetic, to the point where she was a bit annoying… I was purchasing Sonia Kashuk lashes and she tried to tell me to buy them on AMAZON for $ 1 for 10 pairs. Im not new to lashes or makeup. I’ve been exposed to lashes since I was a Highschooler, she was telling me, someone thats a PRO! where to get lashes!
I told her I was in fact familiar with those lashes and they looked very stiff, fake, and plastic and that they come off within 20 minutes of wearing them.
(Hers were coming off, the ones she purchased off AMAZON)
and I told her they were, and she said for me to leave her alone. LOL
anyway… overall nice-​n-​neat Target, Security guard present especially in the cosmetics section, which I encourage, because these dirty females use the makeup and put them back all fked up.
Yet, they leave it there for someone else to get an idea and open other packages to try!

Big lines always 2 registers open an its laborDay weekend 15 min to buy 2 things !!! An how hard is it to do a price check at this store when the product is rite there REALLY!!!

This is an older location, but Target is Target nonetheless.
They always seem to have what I am looking for (or not looking for. you always end up buying something you didn’t intend on) and the shelves seem to always be stocked. The employees are nice and always say hello or ask if you need help. There are usually a couple registers open during non-​busy times, and anytime I have been there when it has been busy, the lines move quickly.
This location isn’t as nice as Tempe Marketplace or the store on Longmore but it’s close to where I live, the parking lot isn’t terribly annoying, and I know that I will be able to get what I need at a decent price.

This location is ALWAYS out of stock on items. It’s disorganized, messy, and frankly… behind on the times. I love Target, but I’m really starting to get burnt out on this spot.
