I agree this business is awful. Our insurance company referred us to them but you have options and I suggest that you find another. They took hundreds of dollars from our insurance to fix our computer and after several long weeks(extremely slow service) they returned it in the same unworking condition. Check the Better Business Bureau on then, I wish we had prior to using them.

This place is not closed. I wish that they were. Over all is was very happy with them at first, I thought dag I have found a great place. That was at first! There add on the internet says $ 5TV check up. I called and they said it was $ 50. No biggie as I did point it out to them to change it for future customers. They never did. So they took my TV diagnosed it, repaired it, and I picked it up and brought it 2 home 2 weeks later. They forgot to install my mounting bracket, I called, and a nice guy ran it out to the house. Once again… great customer service. That night the color started to change and the BlueRay that I was watching looked trippy. I called the next day they said to check this and check that, it is a RCA cable they suggested. I bought an HDMI cable and it was still F’d up! The repair guy Luis came out looked at it, said it was the Y-Board again. He said he had plenty at the shop and could get it fixed right away. Very nice guy. His kid came and picked it up that night at like 9pm to take to the shop in the morning. Awesome customer service I thought. Luis said he would get it to me on Saturday, as it was a Thursday and he was all booked up. I said Saturday was no good for me as I worked, Monday would be fine. Monday came and went with no phone call. I have had to do all the calling for what has been a Month. The part is always on the way, always delivered defective, and VISIO is to blame. Not even the decency of a Courtesy Call from this place. Nancy told me… You have been super thru this whole deal, if it was me I would have been in here screaming and yelling a long time ago! Well that is not my style any longer, plus I already paid for my TV… I just want the Mother Blanker Fixed… a guy needs his 52″ Big Screen you know! I looks like tomorrow will be the delivery date at 9am. I will update everyone on how this turns out. I am sure that you are tired of reading, as I am tired of typing. Just don’t take your TV here!
