The Crap Institute should be their name. Every doctor is behind schedule. I think they overbook or something. After filling out 10 pages of mostly redundant info I’m told there is someone ahead of me and it could be an hour wait. I look at the clock and it’s my appt time. I wonder how many new patients would walk out the door if they were told they might have to wait an hour BEFORE they filled out the paperwork. I had a similar problem with the Gilbert location several years ago. I had to wait so long that I needed to get back to work so I asked for a refund of my copay and my paperwork.

I can’t rate the Dr because I’ve been waiting 3 hours and have not seem him yet. After the 6 hour wait, and yes I waited because it took me three months to schedule an appointment, the doctor seemed to very knowledgable unfortunately I will not be seeing him again.

What a wonderful office this is! When I called to schedule an appointment they were extremely helpful and very well organized. My only complaint was the office itself was a little hard to find so we were late but they were great about it and we were called back within 5 minutes of arrival and seen within minutes sitting in the room. It is actually rare I go to any office and am seen that quickly. We were in and out quickly and all concerns addressed. I would highly recommend them!

A bit of a long wait, 1:10 wait from appointment time to actually seeing the Dr, counting in to out almost 1 ½ hours but the staff and the Dr were really nice

I love the Core Institute. I was referred to this location from urgent care after a fall which resulted in a broken leg. I saw Dr. Scoggin — awesome doctor! He put me in a splint for a week then after a second evaluation, recommended surgery. I went forward with the recommendation and am very happy with the results. The entire staff has been helpful, courteous, and above all, focused on bringing me to a healthy state. I am so grateful for their support and help. Thank you!

Update: Received a call on October 14 from SM Imaging. They received a referral from The CORE Institute for the left knee referral! When I told her that I called The CORE Institute a week ago to cancel the appointment, she was surprised. So, I guess no one made a note on my account about cancelling the MRI.
I chose The CORE Instititute because I believed it was one stop shopping. If I had known they didn’t even do in-​house imaging, I would never have chosen this business!
