The Laundry Butler

I looked for the Laundry Butler Business this morning and most of the strip center is empty and businesses closed except for a coin operated laundry. Phone number is no good either stating it does not accept incoming calls. :(

I wish I could leave a ZERO star, but apparently that’s not possible. I started missing clothes several weeks ago. I’ve been reaching out to the owner of this company, Rich, to no avail. He said he would «look» for our clothes, but obviously didn’t look too hard because OUR CLOTHES ARE HERE ON Unilocal! Can you believe someone else has our clothes, reached out to the Laundry Butler, and he made no effort to retrieve them and return them to us? Unbelievable.
We were trying to be understanding of «mixups» but it is absolutely unprofessional and unexcusable to know that one of your loyal clients is missing clothes, while another client is in possession of clothes that are not theirs, and not try to fix the situation.
I am so disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. PERIOD.

I recently used Laundry Butler and was delivered someone else’s clothes in addition to my own. I made LB aware of this mixup multiple times and was was told multiple times «I’ll put that on the drivers schedule today». The clothes have never been recovered and delivered to the correct person. Laundry Butler is not a professional service and they cannot be trusted.

Are you missing clothes? I might have your laundry.
Laundry Butler dropped off someone else’s clothes with my clothes, 3 weeks ago. I have another customers 8 pairs of pants and one pair of underwear. I have made contact with Laundry Butler several times to take back these clothes, but they don’t show up. The guy I’ve talked to isn’t too concerned about the mixup.
I’m missing a bathmat and couple tee-​shirts, contact me if these are your clothes or if you have mine.
This was my first and is my last time using Laundry Butler.
I get that mixups happen, it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if Laundry Butler had made any effort to retrieve the clothes and apologies for loosing mine. Instead they did nothing.

I have three boys, a dog, and a husband… Need I say more??? Great prices… all my laundry washed, folded and hung for less than a Massage. I have used them a few times and the service is amazing!

We’ve used this service for several years and it has been great. It is very reasonably priced and reliable. If we ever have a concern, Rich takes care of it promptly. With an active family and 2 working parents, this service saves us time and allows us to spend it doing things that we really want to with our kids. Highly recommend it.

We’ve used the Laundry Butler for about a year now and are very pleased with the service. I’ve referred several friends and family members to the company as well. Rich has been especially wonderful in communicating and coordinating with me. Having an acitvce family of 4, this service allows me more time to spend with my family.

The Laundry Butler has become a life saver. I don’t use the service every week but I do use it when I become backed up with laundry. My husband loves the fresh and perfectly folded sheets and towels as well as his dress shirts extra crisp. I love having the convenience of having my laundry picked up on a monday and delivered on friday. I also think the price is reasonable and customer service is great.

What a great idea, The Laundry Butler… I sit my dry cleaning by the front door and it’s delivered promptly back to my front door, fast and convienient. I would definately recommend, love the service.

I have three small children who relish dive-​bombing into fresh laundry… or worse, neatly folded stacks of clean clothes. I need to do about two or three loads of laundry a day… I can get maybe one done safely during naps. This is where The Laundry Butler comes in. They pick up my big ol’ bag of dirty clothes and a couple days later deliver freshly washed, folded and packages bundles of joy. It has saved me and my family. I don’t use it every week, but when I get buried with laundry or after vacation, they are incredible. I only wish turn around was a wee bit faster… but it is so worth it. We usually have them pick up on Friday and get our clothes back, delivered to our back door step on Tuesday. My husband loves how neatly his undershirts come back — crisp and sharp. He wished I used the service more often. If your life is as busy as mine — with kids, work or whatever — The Laundry Butler is for you. It is about $ 40 for a 40lb bag of clothes — that’s about four or five loads of my kids-​sized clothes. I think it is a bargain!
