The Vitamin Shoppe

Beware shopping here when the blonde Toyana is working. She will not let you just shop. She tell you all these stories about her personal life that make me feel uncomfortable. There is no reason you should tell me that your daughter and her boyfriend live with you and don’t bathe. This is not what I want to hear. Plus when I tried to use my award certificate she told me I could only buy their brand with it which I know isnt true. She is bad but the rest of the staff is good.

I have shopped at your store in AZ for years spending THOUSANDS of dollars. I am a a so called VIP member. I recently received the coupon booklet in the mail. I had left it at home, but was near the store where I always purchase by vitamans. I needed a particular one. But realized I didn’t have it with me. I need this vitaman and would not have the time to go back for days. So when I purchaed it I asked the sales clerk if she would go ahead and honor it. She basically said no. I then asked if I brought the coupon in later would they give me the credit, again told no. REALLY!!! Hardly any one uses paper coupons any more. You should have your member info in your system and be able to look up my account and honor those coupons. There are too many choices for vitimans where the pricing is better and coupons are honored without bringing it in becuase they can look me up in their system and honor it. You have lost a long time customer all over a $ 5. coupon!!!

This is another example of businesses making poor choices when it comes to customer service to please the dumb bunnies on the religious right. I needed to pick up something, the place is normally open on Sundays, however because it was a «special» Sunday they were closed. The world is not revolve around Christianity. If you say you’re going to be open on Sundays be open every Sunday including ones called easter. What a crock.

This place is close, clean, and customer friendly. The staff always speaks and offers assistance. The shelves are usually stocked with what I need. They are very well versed in nutrition and the products they offer. They seem to like it when I ask questions.
The Vitamin Shoppe has a free member card they use to send coupons and specials. Their prices and hours are reasonable too!

Excellent, diverse selection of vitamins. Staff has classic vitamin/​sales training, so take advice with grain of salt. Consult someone who knows how to get your vitamins from real food first. However, sometimes you need vitamin support. For what the store is, they’re excellent. Could be improved with more raw and whole food vitamin selections.

I go here for all my vitamin needs. Started going here when I found out I’m developing cancer. My doctor wanted me to start taking vitamins. The staff is friendly and attentive. Love going here because they carry coconut water by the cases. Best thing to drink ever. So much better than regular water and powerade.
