I have lived at Traditions for just under a year now, and let me tell you, it has really been a great experience. Everything was super clean when I moved in, and I have had a few issues that needed to be fixed, all minor, all handled within usually 1 day. Its quiet, gated, safe community. If you get a chance to move here you won’t be sorry, Kristen and Michelle will take great care of you! I am very sad to have to move, I had given notice at 60 days as I had planned to move out of state, and now that move has been cancelled. Unfortunately my apartment has already been signed under contract to another tenant, and I am kicking myself! :(

I have lived here seven months. Anytime I need something fixed, it’s fixed right away. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful. Pam,(in maintenance) came over to hang my shade for the balcony. I wouldn’t call that part of the job description yet she did it anyway and is such a nice cool person. I wish they had sunscreens on the windows like most AZ apartments. A bunch of my blinds melted from the sun. I live in a 1 bedroom, 2nd floor facing East. My May electric bill was 150.00. I keep the temp at 82. They could save money if they invested in sun screens instead of having to replace blinds. Juan(in Maintenance) replaced the melted blinds when they came to put a new kitchen faucet in that I purchased because the one I had was an actual bar faucet! Little enough for a bathroom. Juan is an awesome guy too! Very friendly. I park like 3 buildings away where three of my neighbors park right out the door and too the left a few feet. I am like 30 parking spaces further away than my neighbors. In most complexes, your neighbors all park next to you. Simple. Even some of the tennants ask me why I park there. Of course told them thats my assigned parking. They look at me funny. I called and spoke with Sheri that I would like a spot around where my neighbors park. Well, I get the canned response to well this is the way the parking was put since day one. Really? No one knows how to change the way parking is to make it fair for everyone? Its a corporate thing I guess. They cant make a move without corporate OK’ing everything. Good ol Corporate America I know its a parking space but i shouldn’t have to walk an 1⁄8 of a mile to get to my spot when my neighbors walk less than half that in the 110 heat, with groceries. I get told. park in the open space in front of your apt then go move your car. Yea, thats what i have been doing and I shouldn’t have to do that. *Update* I have been given a wonderful parking space right out my door. I only wonder now, where is that person going to park. Best idea for this place with parking, is to redo the whole parking assignments. To make it fair for all. It could mean me not parking out the front door but if all is fair, So Be It.
