Easy scheduling. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Polite reception desk employees. Easy forms. Courteous and thoughtful doctors. Clean exam rooms. Hearing test clearly explained along the way. Hearing aid options clearly explained. Financing available via Care Credit or Wells Fargo. Clean restroom. Overall a great experience.

As a musician, I have been to all three Tri-​City Audiology locations. I had custom musician earplugs molded and now plan to get in-​ear stage monitors made from my impressions. I thought the audiologists were very nice, caring and explained each step of what I was going to experience.
My hearing is now protected while playing, attending concerts, even mowing the lawn. I hadn’t though about sound protection for years, but I am glad I took the initiative to get these made. Now I don’t even worry about sound pressure exposure.
