Update: I was contacted by the owner Maggie to rectify the situation she was extremely apologetic about the experience I had, and offered to assist in finding another property for my family and I. I was very impressed in her action of reaching out to me in attempt to resolve the situation, as I was not expecting to hear from the company again. Maggie not only attempted to rectify, she took ownership for her staffs behavior, not continually blaming others within the company. That spoke volumes. To me, that shows integrity which is hard to come by when doing business with companies these days. Thank you.

I rented from Josh for a year and a half and I had a pretty good experience. The house in Chandler was pretty well-maintained, the owner never really spared expense. I didn’t have any problems with them. As Long as I paid my rent, I did not hear from them, which is what you should expect from management company.

I have only been renting from them for a few months now and it has been nothing but a headache. Many things were still broken when we moved in and it takes weeks to months for things to get fixed. Our manager did not even meet us at the house when we got the keys, she gave us the lock box code and said she would be out the next day to get the lock box. It is still on our door two months later. If you can rent from another company, DO!
