I love Valley Express. All the employees are super nice and go above and beyond for their customers. i would highly recommend this place if you are in need of a good mechanic for your car.

Yeah called an hour ahead of time to have someone arrive at 2:20 because I had somewhere to be at a certain time. After over 20 minutes I cancelled and will be taking my money and car to a more efficient business.

So I was on my way to work and my Lexus died on the freeway. I heard about this place from some friends as I needed a tow and the car repaired I gave them a call.
First off they told me the driver would be there in 45 minutes to pick up my car, he was actually early. Never had that with a tow company before. It’s usually twice the time they estimate. The drive was extremely nice and had my car loaded and on it’s way to the shop in no time.
When I arrived at the shop Tony checked me in. After I explained what happened he said they would call me in a few hours after they found out what was wrong. Tony called a few hours later explain the alternator was shot. He told me what the estimate was at that time, explained when the part would be in and that there may be additional electrical damage caused by the alternator but wouldn’t know till after they got it up and running. While they had it I had them check a few other things the dealership told me I needed after my last visit. Tony called me the next day and told me there was no additional damage. He also had his Toyota master mechanic look at the other issues. The mechanic told him my motor was notorious for the issues the dealer listed but they didn’t need to be fixed on my vehicle. Lets just say the dealer and other places I called wanted a few thousand to fix said non-​issues.
Bottom line, the entire experience was great. It’s also nice to finally find a mechanic in this city I can trust. I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle here for repair.

I needed to get an oil change but I was in unfamiliar territory. I found Valley Express on Unilocal.I researched a little more about them because they are also a towing company. I chose Valley Express because of the location and what I saw on their website. They have great customer service. Each employee was friendly instead of having me sit awkwardly in the office waiting for my car to be finished. I learned more from them about their company and it boosted my confidence in them. My car did not require the full 5 quarts of oil and they charged me accordingly. I was not overcharged. I recommend anyone to them. They are friendly, helpful mechanics and a trustworthy company.
