We used Dr. VanHelder’s services for many years and he’s been going down hill steadily over the past few years. The «training» environment means he’ll substitute a student doctor for your appointment and most likely will not follow up afterward. The staff are apathetic liars who don’t follow up on Rx refill requests and have no empathy for the problems caused by their inaction. They’ll do anything to get you to come in to the office in order to bill your insurance for a nonsensical office visit.
