Walgreens

This place is ridiculous!!! Never had an issue until now because I usually just run in and grab and go. This time a friend of mine came down and we went here to shop for nail polish and nail stickers. The idiot woman who was working in beauty was all nice in the beginning until my friend needed to use the restroom. She gave me her products before she went to use the restroom and came out and was accused of shoplifting. The dumb manager man was a jerk and was clearly judging before even getting any evidence. He clearly felt like an idiot after the fact that he realized he wrongly accused her. My friend took the product to the woman in beauty and she said to her that she wasn’t interested in buying the product at this store anymore and the lady said «maybe next time you won’t put things in your purse!» Damn check your cameras, check everything before you come at us like an idiot! Never going to shop here. Place is run down and clearly has some idiots running the store.

I have been going to this location for three years now for the most part the staff there is friendly and helpful. The Ladies who work cosmetics, Patty, has been very helpful whenever I needed to pickup stuff for the girls in my home. The pharmacist Jaben, is always very helpful and knowledgeable, and you wouldn’t know it to look at him, but he speaks Spanish very well. The pharmacy techs are quick and friendly and always greet me with a smile and are patient with my lack of knowledge of over the counter meds and quick to fill my prescriptions. Kathy has been very helpful whenever I can’t find something, she is right there to help and lead me to what I am looking for.

I’ve been using Walgreens for 20 years but not anymore. I will never set foot in another walgreens after today. The Pharmacy techs have bad attitudes, are rude, and incompetent. The thousands of dollars we spend with them each year will now go to a different company who cares about their customers and appreciates my business. Please let me know if you have any recommendation! Bye bye Walgreens!
