Warren House

If you are looking to save money in spite of living ALL circumstances, this place is a good place. When we did the walk through to move in, our place was RIDDLED with roaches — dead and alive. They said that’s why they spray EVERY month and they would spray us on the first Thursday of the month. Our apt had just been remodeled yet it smelled musty and moldy. They blamed it on the chemicals from the new paint but it wasn’t the same smell. There was water damage in the closet, bathroom, and a HOLE in the wall in the bathroom the size of a large can. The fan in the bathroom has never been cleaned, just dw40-​ed like crazy whenever we complained. It collected TONS of dead bugs on it. The gate for the parking lot is almost NEVER locked and the office staff often leave early. The only good thing was how they do spray when you ask, the laundry room near the office was ALWAYS clean, and there is always parking available. The office managers are constantly turning over and the rules from the office change depending on which office person you talk to.

If I was able to give it NEGATIVE stars, I would!!!
What a DUMP this place is!

Very Sketchy.
Old. (built around 1968)
Noisy.
Dirty.
Numerous stray cats.
Roaches.
Undesirable neighbors. (think dirtballs and drug users)
If you need a cheap place to live and don’t mind the things I listed above, then Warren House may be just the right place for you.
