Best place in Valley to get good deals on mods and coils. Good selection on juices. Going to hit up the hookah lounge one night since they are open till 2am. This is a must check out place

Yo first of all this place is the shit and second of all fuck all the haters this is the best. The staff is always helpful and also the hookah is amazing.

Sammy and the boys have always taken care of me with the best selection of vape products and mods anywhere. Their e-​juice selection is amazing and can try anything !! I have mad this my true spot for any vamping needs ! Whatever I may need !!!

The best Arizona has. Come smoke Tangiers and get your vape on. Tons of the top hookahs. Good fun atmosphere great bowls packed super good.

The best hookah spot in Phoenix by far. Romi knows the best mixes and is super friendly. The staff is always adding new coals and is great to talk to. I love this place

I came here for e liquid and some vapor equipment. I dont smoke hookah so i cant review on that.
I was greeted as soon as i walked in with a friendly smile and welcome. The man and women working the counter were very helpful and patient while allowing me to try the flavors and showing me some equiptment for vaping. They had good music playing, then it went to karaōke, which was kinda cool.
The place had low lighting that you would see in any lounge and lots of lounge seating
The place was fairly busy for a Monday night. Lots of people using the hookah.
The age range of the people in there was about 19 to 25. Im 44, but I felt comfortable, not out of place while getting my vape items.
The prices were pretty decent compared to other shops. The huge bottles of liquid start at 10 depending on the brand you get.
The only con i had is that I got flea bites while I was in there.
I stood at the counter trying flavors etc for 30 min. I had flip flops on. I started getting bit on my feet and ankles. By the time i left, I had bites all over my feet and ankles. When i got home i had red bites all over them. Had to wash them well and put hydrocortisone cream on them. No bites anywhere else. Just feet and ankles.
So that was really weird and creepy.
But i liked the prices people and music.
They just need to take care of the flea issue.

Very nice staff. With so many vape shops, we’ve tried quite a few. They were very helpful and nice. We tried a whole bunch of flavors and they weren’t the least bit annoyed with us.

It’s so great to have a hookah bar east of Tempe… Service is very friendly but no, I don’t want to bring my car into your auto shop. And the furniture is lacking comfort as well as atmosphere.
After my 4^th visit I forgot my $ 10 Off coupon but was told «no problem» then at the end was not only charged full price but $ 10 extra. We went over the charges and were given a partial refund but not the correct amount.
While I’m not excited to drive all the way to Tempe, this experience doesn’t make me want to go back here to WC anytime soon

Absolutely love White Cloud, best hookah lounge I’ve been to. Not even from the Phoenix area but this is one of my new favorite spots! Excellent customer service, great selection, and they have guys that know how to pack a bowl! the manager Sam is a pretty cool guy as well! He sat down and enjoyed the rest of my bowl with me aha I’ll definitely be back at White Cloud the next time I’m in Phoenix!

If you have any hookah needs, this is THEE place! The have high end hookahs and accessories for sale! Great selection and super friendly service! They also have a bomb lounge! They have chill nights and fun nights with DJ’s and such. Their hookahs hit very well, and they are constantly ashing coals and making sure your hookah is satisfying. Their bowls also last extremely long! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Best Hookah lounge in Arizona; hands down. The people who come here are nice and the workers are amazing! The service is always great. If your looking for a great fun filled night or just somewhere to go to relax this is the place!!!

This place is awesome. You will definitely feel welcomed and like family when you come in here. The place is decently priced as well. Their hookah (all flavors — at least the one I tried so far) are delicious. You can definitely find yourself here for hours if you’re with a group of friends on a late night. Their customer service is awesome as well. I guess one of the guys forgot about us for a little while and our coal was burnt but instead he replaced all the hookah and gave us a flavor for free. Awesome people!

Very friendly & welcoming. Glad they were open early on a Sunday as I needed a place to hang out for bit before my flight. Tasty hookah & excellent customer service. Best experience I’ve had there yet! I shall be back next time I am in town!

First the pros: the service was good. They came by with coals often to check if everything was good. Also the hours are very convenient. They open early and close at a good time. The flavors they have are also good. Nice variety.
Cons: the hookah did not hit well. The first time he brought it out there was a hole or leak in the hose. The hookah was barely hitting. He tried fixing it but ultimately brought me out a new hookah with a refilled bowl (pro, good service). It hit better but again with the starting up twice it was not enjoyable at all. I came here in the afternoon to wait until my night class but couldn’t really get anything done with starting up the hookah. Got smoked out fairly quick and i have a high tolerance. I’ve been smoking hookah for years now.
Another big con is their drink prices. Initially I wasn’t going to get a drink but the hookah really dried my throat out I had to get water which is there cheapest drink. The water was $ 2 for a 30 cent bottle from Costco. They don’t allow outside drinks so I was forced to pay that ridiculous mark up. I ended up going to another hookah café where they actually give water for free! Also as other reviewers mentioned the location is not the greatest of places.
Overall it was not an enjoyable experience and the only time I see myself coming back is if I’m craving hookah before 4 when most places open. I would have given it 1 star if it wasn’t for service but it was a waste of $ 15

The owners are very involved in all aspects of the business and are usually there to address any questions or concerns. They have a great selection of tobacco products and is very large selection of cape.

I’ve been to quite a few hookah places and none have come close to providing the experience I have at White Cloud. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with genuine friendliness, regardless of if you’re a first time customer, or a regular. The tobacco selection is second to none, and if you ever have any questions or concerns they are more than happy to help you out. I never go more than 10 minutes before someone checks in just to make sure everything is up to par. I am a regular and will continue to be one because of how awesome the overall experience is here every time I visit.
