Went to get a motorcycle battery. Sold me wrong one. Returned. Received correct one a day later. It was a lemon. Returned. Received another. Lasted for about a month and bought a $ 80 battery charger from them to troubleshoot(not including the 2 battery tenders I bought from them). Told it was a possible bad lot of batteries. Received another and was told if this one failed they would not replace due to corporate policy. They also would not allow me to return battery. All in all I had to go to store 8 times, missed riding time, was stranded on a motorcycle, and most of all had to waste time getting frustrated in the store. The manager, John, said he would give me «crazy deal» for all that it had to go through. The deal I was offered was $ 5 off another battery I needed. I took that as more of a insult. This is not my normal experience with battery plus but this was a exhausting ordeal. Staff start out nice but hide behind«corporate policy» instead of doing the right thing.
