Recently switched from a Sheplers to a Boot Barn and MAN is it a loss for customers! They did away with the big seating area where people not shopping could relax and wait instead of rushing the shopper (s) to finish. Seems only non-​popular sizes were on sale, but that could just be because I wear the most popular female size and there were zero sales for me. We had to scour the entire store to find an employee for assistance, which is a turnaround from Sheplers where there were always people to help. The last straw? We went to buy a boot jack… of which they had NONE! Boot Barn — but doesn’t have boot jacks. Hmmm…
